I was speaking with a catalog representative (Randy, a female) about a $900. 00 dining set that was missing hardware for one of the chairs. She told me that there wasn't anything that she could do because I should have checked the merchandise immediately and that it probably wasn't in stock anymore and abruptly hung the phone up. She was rude and inconsiderate. I intend to cancel my account and will no longer shop the exchange.

I have been on board with your customer service numerous times. Since you changed trying to get this problem resolved and to this very moment, i get nothing, but ignored. Each time, that i call, i was placed on hold and forced to hear worm music that makes my eyes bleed. I was promised to resolve from customer service, but i do not hear anything back from you after giving my contact information except silence. What do i have to do to get your attention here?
soldiers that are deployed should be able to file for a hold on the bill that they owe. not all FOBS or COPS have a PX or AAFES in them which makes it harder for them to pay their bill unless you have all of the access to your account information which is not always likely.
i was deployed in 2010 and when i got back my acct was sent to collections when my wife or i called we got the run around and could not get a answer. i asked the store if i could just have the whole ammount set to come out of my mil pay, but they said they cant do that next we hear is it was sent to a outside collection agency and it takes several calls to diffrent numbers it took me four callsto diffrent numbers from each one till i got some one that could even tell me the ballance. and then come to find out they added 3000$ to the ballance took my income tax return now owe 4666 not1666
Im filing for bankruptcy and military star has taken $800 from my paycheck, I am filing a lawsuit to get it back. Ive contacted military star on the phone to notify them that my bankruptcy case is pending and the person on the phone told me theres nothing she can do. Ive left numerous messages with the star card bankruptcy department and no calls returned.
