I bought a prestige 3-gas burner last week. I stay in Mumbai where we have a gas pipeline. The burner is not running on pipeline and when I contacted Prestige customer care in Andheri on 022-32264801 they told me that the service person will come & resolve the issue. But its 3 days and the gas is still not working. We are eating food outside.
Is this the service standard of Prestige??
I am really unhappy about this each and every time i call they tell me the same reason will call u back plz look in to the matter as soon as possible.My complaint no is 7939

I purchased a prestige electric kettle from debenhams cork Ireland about 9 months ago.as I lost my receipt I cannot go back to the store as they won't entertain me. The problem is that the red enamel paint is peeling off the outside of the kettle and it looks bad.i would be very great full if you could assist me with this.

Last one month induction is not working. Your executive say your PCP is not working. after 10 days again fitted PCP. bt induction fan is not working. sir i am facing this problem last one month and more than that.

took "Prestige Deluxe Plus VS 750 W Mixer Grinder" on Friday 12 July 2013, only after two uses 13th & 14th of july, it stopped working... calling to customer care on 15th July 2013, no one picks the call, I bought it online, online stores are not responsible for the faulty products. Let me see if I can get it repair by them or not.

I bought 3 burner stainless steel gas stove.The first 1st burner when lit doesn't burn continuosly when it was high & creates a noise.The other two when switching off creates fire run all around.1st service made it worse even the other two stopped working when put on sim.2nd service solved the 1st burner pbm but same pbm came when it was sim.So totally all 3 burner is apbm within 10 days.3 times I complaint but the pbm has tripled and till now no solution.Its almost 4 months & its juz sleeping even the service person has turned up this time.

i had bought a prestige 4 burner gas stove some 3 months back from big bazar jaipur. now its one burner is not working and also i filed a complaint regarding dis and to act on dat dat complaint ur representatives were supposed to reach by 18 sept max.its been so many days now and dere is no efforts from ur side.
it has become very unconvinient.

I purchased the PIC 1.0 approximately 4 years ago. It was running nicely. We used to use the HOTPOT button for our daily cooking. Now the said button is not responding at all. To substitute we are using the FRY button but it seems it is generating more heat that the panel shows. If it is true consumption would naturally be higher. Where I can get my induction repaired. Site of prestige is showing the service centers of Kolkata only but it's 750 kilo meters away from my place. Anxiously waiting for good advice.

I purchased a four burner glass top lpg cooking range in april 2013 from a presitge shop in malviya nagar, new delhi 110017. The gas stove leaks. This problem occurred very soon after the purchase. The service mechanic has visited us a couple of times but he provides temporary relief. Not only are we wasting gas but if an accident happens it would be a disaster. My prestige food processor is not working frequently ,if given to the show room they are taking a lot of time ,evreytime changing a small nob and charging around 300rs as a customer i feel it a failure model. Becouse the current supply connectlon between the mixer and food processor is not designed properly i want proper explanation. I paid around 6000rs during purchace and around 1000rs for repair i expect a good response from customer care i need a genuine care.

I live in india six months a year and use a prestige top cooker i found it so good that i got one to bring home to the united kingdom. The offer was great as i got free pans. I got it at chaudy south goa. I started using it in march. It went bank around three weeks ago and it blow the fuse box. I have replaced the fuse 13amp and it still doesn't work very very disappointed as i have bought kettle and things for it.
