When I am insert Vodafone USB stick K4201I in my laptop Macbook pro (OS X Yosemite), I am not able to use internet as it was Successfully installed, but still not able to use internet. Please do the needful and solve my problem as soon as possible.

My Vodafone number is 9825392805. While checking the recharge balance, I am getting the balance amount and also another message showing " Your Account Expires on 01-03-2015. I do not understand what is this. Please inform me what is to be done further.
Such a Poor Service never seen. The computerized call number 9825098250 after calling on this number always giving that you have not given option, although many times feed the options. More than ten times and spending 30 minutes and More than Rs 20 wasted on this number. I think I should resign from the Vodafone numbers with me. My Vodafone number 8141535233 is being used in laptop modem for internet uses and is three g enabled. But I am not getting proper speed anytime. Suddenly stopped for ten minutes. I am fade up and is abusing to myself why I have taken 30 GB Plan and Paid a huge amount of 4000 around. I am a foolish person who joined Vodafone.

I would like to inform you and also i would like make you a request that kindly stop making calls from your company. Its very much disturbing. We go out for some important work and a call from your company comes...we think it may be a important call, but when see our mobile...its unfortunately your call. These are just simply annoying and very much disturbing. These calls are simply of no use.
So,kindly stop making these foolish calls and stop sending the messages..so called "VG-61112". Please i request or else i'll be forced to stop my connection.
