I have received confirmation message of having a balance of RS 251. 07 and the transaction ID was KR14554047470. Whenever I tried to make a call. I get reply recorded voice that there is no balance in my credit. I went to the franchisee where I had recharged and he made a call to Vodafone and the reply was that I have completely used the amount. If so Vodafone is responsible to tell me to which numbers I made the calls and when and to what durations. Is it not? I do not know whether this will reach to Vodafone authorities as I feel that the space where I am typing this complaint is not owned by Vodafone.

I am having mobile connection with Vodafone and my number 9745730217. On 5th September I recharged on my mobile for rupees 220. On 7th September i received one message from your company that rupees 195 bonus card is activated in my mobile for 550 local minutes. This was done without my knowledge and sanction. on seeing this message i contacted on 198 and registered a complaint with your executive and asked to deactivate the bonus card and requested to credit my deducted cash from my mobile and i got a positive message from your executive. They deactivated the bonus card, but my balance amount remaining zero. 13th friday i contacted your kaloor outlet and registered my complaint. from your kaloor office i got assurence that the deducted amount will be credited within 24 hours, but till now the same is not materialized. so i request you to intervene on this immediately and do the needful to avoid further actions. my request number as per the message received is 428179842.
