Today I tried to recharge on line, my mobile No 8086823453 for Rs300 at 4. 22 pm. The amount is debited from my account, but the same is not credited to my phone. Please rectify.

As per i received SMS from Vodafone that for 125, 750mb free, i recharged for 220 and after that i tried for recharging internet package cant able to do that three times i called to customer care, , but not able to speak anybody so i kindly request you to solve this problemregardsjayadevg9645788533.

I was trying to speak to customer care i could not.
Had bought a sim( prepaid) from a Vodafone store in kunnamkulam, couldn't activate the SIM for a while because the SIM was of a different number than the number on the packet, then had to change the SIM from the same store, had an amount of 22 rupees in it,, but the amount was not transferred when the SIM was exchanged, had told they would transfer the amount too,, but it wasn't.
I have paid rupees 100/- recharge from SBI KIOSK prepaid reference 26436001, but we can not get the recharge amount as on dt 11. 03. 15 13:24kindly the recharge amount processing thanking youyours trulyagasthylingam mobile number 9745692527.
Sir I am satheesh babu c. P Ambadi, chathalloor po, Edavanna, Malappuram using this (9745661348) number since 2007. The last three month I felt some problem while using my account especially now i cant send any message to the service related numbers like 111. 140. 1900 etc. I already complained this issue to the customer care centre and senior officers. But still that issues not cleared. So take the steps to clear my problem immediately or give a chance to port my number, due to the above problem i cant do that now.
