To Services in-charge Tatasky. Pune Region Sorry to tell, Ur services quality and people behavior is very poor and rude. How do u expect a lady bring stairs for ur services team being alone in home at 2pm. Moreover the people we call don't even listen to the problem before blaming on cable, TV, remote or dish antenna. Is ur engineering based on judgement or testing. I had taken subscription for 6 months in advance, but half of the channel are blocked after using it for 2months. I feel cheated by Tatasky company. My complaint is being attended after 1.5 months last week but problem yet persist, you can check the call details. I request some senior responsible person should visit us, than sending field repairmen to attend the complaint. It's very unfortunate that ur management is so in-excessable to plight of public. Inspite of the complaint given on the Toll Free number, the phone gets disconnected either and the person on phone tells that the service person would come within two to three days. I tried contacting TATA sky customer care. I spent more than 100 minutes in single call, but no response. Why? You guys pooling the customer. You guys know well the number you provided, it is chargeable. Please do not do this. People have trust that TATA is the best service provider in the industry. But it is not happening.

We are having 12 TATA Sky Connections in Hotel Sahara Chakan district Pune from last three years. the customer care department are talking lies they never will co-operate with you also they are from different states,hence do not know the exact place and cannot communicate properly,i mailed twicw to help@tatasky and forwarded my late mothers death certificate still they will not see the details and will cut off the phone....and when we contact they sweetly say your problem will be solved in next 24 hrs )))))) we as a customer are at the receiving end......when we want to buy tatasky they will immediately pounce on the opportunity,but when a customer is in problem and wants the tatasky service they just avoid us.it is my sincere effort to tell you is better up your service department and do not take us CUSTOMER for granted......otherwise that day is not far when tatasky will will be a subject of the PAST.
