We are having 12 TATA Sky Connections in Hotel Sahara Chakan district Pune from last three years. From last six months we are facing lot of problems regarding services from the concerned technical person. He is absolutely not attending any complaint. From last 15 days we are requesting him directly as well as through the Dealer also. Since we are also related with Service Industry, we are facing the problems ( from our customers) which are related with TATA Sky Services only. You are kindly requested to take serious cognizance about this matter,otherwise we are bound to disconnect all the TATA Sky Connections within three days.

today i have received an other message that I have to pay
Rs 301 by today otherwise the services will be deactivated.

i have made the recharge of sum of rupees - 200/- where as my TATA sky ID is 1058389477, recharge was done on 6/09/2013, but still my service had being not started, where as on my main account the balance of rupees - 186/- so please kindly make some possible action as early as possible .......

the customer care department are talking lies they never will co-operate with you also they are from different states,hence do not know the exact place and cannot communicate properly,i mailed twicw to help@tatasky and forwarded my late mothers death certificate still they will not see the details and will cut off the phone....and when we contact they sweetly say your problem will be solved in next 24 hrs )))))) we as a customer are at the receiving end......when we want to buy tatasky they will immediately pounce on the opportunity,but when a customer is in problem and wants the tatasky service they just avoid us.it is my sincere effort to tell you is better up your service department and do not take us CUSTOMER for granted......otherwise that day is not far when tatasky will will be a subject of the PAST.

I have been struggling to get TATA Sky service connected even five days after paying rupees 6400 for activation. Several calls made to Customer Service, several technicians visited, but the service hasn't started. Probably there are no skilled technicians. Now I am trying to get my money back and cancel the service
