Against smart card number 41234384109 yesterday we recharged for a month and received the confirmation message on my mobile 9003084660. My wife Shanthi Sundaralingam had switched on the TV and the set top box. All Tamil channels except SUN TV Program number 100 is working. I Have tried to contact your customer care telephone and I am unable to connect to them. Could someone look into this ASAP.

On 27th March I have recharged my subscription through net banking, but the amount is not credited in my account and the details as below. My SunDirect DTH subscription user name : 41412665196 was due to lapse on 17/03/2015 and I had received a message t this effect on my mobile No: 9894323515. I had immediately gone to the Sun Direct web-site and had recharged online for six months for a sum of Rs. 1380. 00. I had then received a message stating that : “Your payment completed successfully” “Your Transaction Reference No : 507370058060” “Transaction Amount : 1380. 00 “ “Transaction Status : SUCCESS “ TopUp successfully completed. However I am not receiving any channel connection since 17/03/2015. Kindly note that I had paid for six months, but you have not given me a connection for the past three days. Should I go to consumer forum or other redressal process. Kindly take positive action at the earliest, D. James.
