I am Janardhan Sarkar from Agartala, capital of Tripura, i want to buy a sun direct, but there is no tripura's any channel, if you add Khabar 365 Din, verry popular bengali news channel, its Brand Value Network, Khabar 365 Din is Only one Satelite channel in Tripura, so pls add that channel on your DTH service , you inform me then i buy your DTH

plese note that in my tv there is a lot of disturbance every now and then. The picture is distorted
again and again and it stopped for few seconds and the it will give the picture. Due to tis we cannot see the any
of the serial or songs, cinema contineously. I have paid the amount of rs.1499/- on 27/02/2013 vide order
number DM 00008414689 upto march 2014. Please confirm the
same. I may compelled to go to some other tv.

Sir, I am sun direct customer and my smart card no is 41142960909. I had requested for relocation of my sun direct on 01 May 2013. The request ID no was 1-8217902727. It was told by the customer care that it will be done within 48 hour. Till 06 May 2013 i had approached customer care no of times every time the reply was same. However, to my utter surprise when i contacted on 06 May 2013, it was told that the sun direct has been relocated, whereas on ground it was not done. Hence, i had re-registered the complaint for relocation on 06 May 2013 vide ID no 1-8249066416. Not yet done.

But after 2 days, recharge is not activated.
Customer care executives of kerala behaved like irresponsible to me,
these 2 days .What will do for the activation?. How much days
will take it to active?. i expect good service from you.
