Customer care executives of kerala behaved like irresponsible to me,
these two days .What will do for the activation? How much days
will take it to active? i expect good service from you.

Sir, I am sun direct customer and my smart card number is 41142960909. I had requested for relocation of my sun direct on 01 May 2013. The request ID no was 1-8217902727. It was told by the customer care that it will be done within 48 hour. Till 06 May 2013 i had approached customer care no of times every time the reply was same. However, to my utter surprise when i contacted on 06 May 2013, it was told that the sun direct has been relocated, whereas on ground it was not done. Hence, i had re-registered the complaint for relocation on 06 May 2013 vide ID no 1-8249066416. Not yet done.

it is intimated that i applied new connection sun direct at new Delhi about 60 days before, but till date, it is replied by customer care new Delhi is stock was not available repeatedly. It is requested to send the instruments to Delhi at the earliest please.
Three times, recharging is over. My Dth service is disconnected. After made a complaint the servicing people took their own time to attend the complaint every time. I called the team leader also. Sun Dth service is the very poor service. Within three years three settop boxes are replaced and charging rupees 350 for each box. Finding new way to increase the earnings. What is the use of 24 hours customer services hotline? only for receiving complaints not for attending complaints.
