I got a message regarding Hudhud cyclone. In that message pay only 150 to replace the dish, setup box and three months free recharge. But customer care people not give the correct answer about three months free recharge. The service people attend the repair work on 02. 11. 2014 they take Rs. 350/-, but they did not give any receipt also. They demanded 350/- other wise we did not attempt your problem. Now we did not get some of the channels properly. Customer care people say again out service people come to attend please pay 150 for service. SUN DIRECT SERVICE IS TO COLLECT THE MONEY NOT GIVE SERVICE. AM I CORRECT?
