I Mr Purushotam Contact No 9429928269, was apply for sundirect dth for installation vide costumer register complaint No 18368163471 dated 25 Jun 2013, as per detail given by the Srikakulam Distt Distributor Mr Nageswar Rao. i was contact Mr Harish, who is fraud, He was taken 1600/- cash and install only antenna with dishtv Brand LNB, No remote, AV cable with the faulty set of box. and last three week there is not active the set up box and any contact to me and his mob no is not working.

I was recharged on 24 august 2013, RS.1600/- for one year which mention on the set of box (smart card number-42509712131) after that, till date I not get any channels; I was called/mail so many times,
But yesterday I called one of my friends (area cable operator) he came and checked at the time he was opened the box for card cleaning purpose. We were very shocked because inside smart card number is different. (42705254367)
I had been already recharged 1600/- for one year which has been display on the box smart card number-(42509712131)
Set box display smart card number and inside card number are different.

Sir, My Sun Direct smart card no.41244833848. Due to rain since 28.09.2013 not getting signals to my TV in this regard I complaint to the customer care on 29.09.2013 morning and they said the problem will be rectified with in 48 hrs. But still today the complained is not rectified. So that to day also once again I complained to customer care to Ms.Supriya and the number is 1-9070802060 . Is the problem rectified or not my mobile no is 09989483299 & 09949545671

I made a complaint to the Customer Care informing that my set box probably not working and requested them to send a mechanic to set right the problem and if required shall replace the set top box by paying the amount as per the norms. The Complaint No.1-9065332821 dtd. 30,9,13. I was told within 24 hours the problem shall be solved and since the, every day 4 to 5 times I am contacting to hyderabd CC and also Chennai for taking action.
I sincerely regre to inform you that till date nobody has turned up to rectify/replace the set top box (if box is not repairable).
Yesterday night I contact Chennai CC and expressed my concern regarding the problem and again the lodged complaint against the distributor, the no.1-9095813840.
Could you kindly look into the matter seriously and solve the problem . Also kindly advic

Every time I use to get smartcardfailure.i called to your customer care also he gave one complant no also.1-9263673856.and I had bad exprience with I that guy.i hope he is not the right person to handle.he asking to paya the sevice to look after this.i hope u revert a soon as posible.
