I got a message regarding Hudhud cyclone. In that message pay only 150 to replace the dish, setup box and three months free recharge. But customer care people not give the correct answer about three months free recharge. I have taken the sun direct HD connection about 12 months. For the last evening onwards, no channels are coming, but i tried to put a complaint on whatever numbers given by sun direct are not working. Frequently they are changing their numbers without any information. In Hyderabad there is no local office and no technician is available for post a complaint. Always we have to depend on Chennai office only and they are not taking action after giving a complaint. While a making a phone call they are putting a music on phone and there is no proper response available. Over all sun direct customer service very very worst service when compared with other dth services. I am recommending to others those who take sun connection better to switch to other DTH service like TATA sky or good DTH service. They are giving very good service customer service.

I made a complaint to the Customer Care informing that my set box probably not working and requested them to send a mechanic to set right the problem and if required shall replace the set top box by paying the amount as per the norms. The Complaint No.1-9065332821 dtd. 30,9,13. I was told within 24 hours the problem shall be solved and since the, every day four to five times I am contacting to hyderabd CC and also Chennai for taking action.
I sincerely regre to inform you that till date nobody has turned up to rectify/replace the set top box (if box is not repairable).
Yesterday night I contact Chennai CC and expressed my concern regarding the problem and again the lodged complaint against the distributor, the no.1-9095813840.
