For which I have been submitted an application in Cauvery Bhawan SBICard reception counter to your representative to update my Mobile number. My mobile number is 9738408405. But still the same is not done. Hence, request to do needful at the earliest for my convenience.
Worst service ever. SBI credit cards no care for customers. Interested only in money Making nothing else. To talk to customer care we need to wait fr one hour. 30 to 40 rupees will get cut unnecessarily that stupid computer say all correct information as incorrect and disconnect calls. I am ashamed why I have I taken State Bank of India credit card. Soon I will cancel this.
