Hello, We have purchased Data Wind tablet on 27th of October 2014, but the sound card has some problem. We talked with the customer care agent and he confirmed its an damaged piece and to get the new i have to wait for 20 days. This is not good service. I have not received my VLCC gift voucher with the product. Every time i called and just put on hold. I am trying to get the voucher since a month. I have been also told that i will receive voucher shortly, but it never came. I am really disappointed with the service. Must say its pathetic.

I placed an order for a combo saree vide order number.20130211041935 dated 11/02/12013 through mobile number 9718505081. On 13/02/2013, i received the order. This order contains eight sarees and a female hand bag.
When i opened, i found that the hand bag was not the same product which was shown during advertisement.Therefore,on the same day i.e
13/02/2013 and after that also,i made call to your office approx.10 to 12, but all in vain.
But in the end of may, i received a call from your office and received the ans that your bag can not change as it was gift item.

I had ordered a Karbonn A3 mobile on 24 Mar.2013 and the same was delivered promptly on 25th March 13.
On 26/3/2013 I have been calling various call center nos. and help line nos. of Starcj and informing them of the defective mobile delivered to me.
The ringtone and the music player of the mobile phone delivered to me is hardly audible.
The three megapixels camera is only showing blurred and out of focus pictures.
You are requested to kindly get this mobile phone replaced with a good one.
