Response was very bad, ivr gives option to change the pin, no option to speak with rep even after putting required details. spent two hours to speak with a rep with all information available still could not.

The above credit issued by your marketing representative stating that the same is life time free and there is no annual fee involved. This was subscripted by undersigned while posting in Bangalore. No annual fee charged by bank. Initial two years, the same was free and all payment was made on time without any detail. The same may verified as per records.
In 2012/2013 (not sure), renewal of above card was done at your end with annual fee without taking consent from me. At that time, i was posted in remote place in Orissa, Koraput from Bangalore. On receipt of statement, i was contacted Bhubaneswar phone banking department. It was told that it was not possible to reverse annual fee. In the meantime, i was made purchase transaction of around rupees 400. I told them that, i am not interested in your card and returned the card along with cheque of rupees 400.
After long time, i noticed that the above cheque was not debited in my account and no statement received from your end.

My credit card bearing no 5546 2329 0202 7985 expired on 12/13 ( December 2013 ) and i do not applied or approch to bank for issuance of new card. Now today i have recd SMS for statement outsatanding INR 854. 82 and minimum due 842. 70 stat date 13/02/2014. I had clear all dues before expiry of credit card. Now how come the statement generated at your end when i had not used this card for last four months and card was expired in December 2013. Kindly reverse the charges.
I want to apply for credit card, but whenever i try to apply i get message that i have already registered and can track my application through reference number, but when i click on forgot reference number and provide email ID to give me reference number ,it is successfuly done, but i do not receive any mail due to which i am not able to track my application and process further for the card.
