In my statement dated 7th of December 2014, I have been charges a penalty of Rs. 61. 83. I was informed that this penalty was for delayed payment of my bill dated 7th November 2014 which StanChart has received on 30th of November 2014 and that this cannot be reversed. 1) the above credit card was issued by your bank more than ten years back, at your own, after obtaining data from somewhere.
2) thereafter i was informed that i may use it and there is no annual charges on it. I reluctantly kept it, but never used it for any purpose.
4) after a year or so i received a bill from you, probably the annual charges which you had assured that it will not be charged. In this regard i immediately protested through phones and letters too. I was informed that the entry has been reversed which was debited due to a mistake.

This is regarding the over limit charges of rupees 500 levied on my card during the month of December, 2013. My card limit was reduced to rupees 47000/- from rupees 96000/- without my consent. Earlier also, my payment date had been re-scheduled to first week of every month from fourth week of every month --which was very convenient date as it was post salary date. Reply from a standard Chartered Customer Officer (Shamily G A), with reference number 08/13/093950/SP/CRD on 24th-Aug-2013.
It stated as "We have redeemed 2,550 Reward Points towards the gifts mentioned by you. We regret any inconvenience caused to you in this regard. Our records indicate that the gifts were despatched to your mailing address and you will receive the same shortly."
But When I called today, the Standard Chartered executive is telling me that Standard Chartered is not able to process your request".
I am not able to understand who is telling lie.

I tried to contact the customer service representative by dialing the number 080-39404444, but failed to do so. When i dialled the number it asks me to enter my 16 digit credit card number, date of birth and CVV number to generate TPIN number. Once i entered the credit card number, DOB, and CVV number, It asks me to enter TPIN number which i do not have. If I do not enter the TPIN number the call gets disconnected. Kindly suggest how to speak to a customer service Representative without entering TPIN number.
