I am apply a credit card with you. Your card send by you, but courier company (BLUE DART) was say address was given by you is incorrect. Your company executive verified my address. How could address was incorrect. Please check my address by your hand what is given to courier company. Its very poor response ever.

As per telephonic discussion my credit card limit should be approx 50000 rupees, but when I found the limit is 20000 rupees of my credit card after that I have already discussed with customer care about credit card limit and finally I said to costomer care, I will not use your credit card than He/She told me if you will not use with in 30 days than automatically card will be invalid.

Very VERY POOR service in terms of maintaining customer care service facilities. The Delhi number provided 011-66014444/39404444 doesn't respond instantly. Also, it has goes on asking so many options that one get tired.No options to talk to any representative directly. Such a PATHETIC situation. do not know shall continue association with SCB ?
