Yesterday I received a message that says thank you for using stan chart card ending 0156 on 10-09-2013 for INR 27288.00 I have not used the card numberr have I authorised Stan Chart for any deduction. No representative of stan chart called me to verify whether I authorized any transaction. The card is not lost and is in my possession. I tried to reach your help, but could not get through as your IVR requires T-Pin. Since I have not used T-Pin for very long period I do not remember same. Your help line did not provide an option for customer to generate new t-Pin if customer forgot the old T-Pin. I have lodged complaint regarding this yesterday too, but till now I have not received any response. I can understand that you may take time for routine query, but a quick response expected when genuineness of transaction is involved.
