I have ALREADY made complain on 21st June, 15 via emai firstname.lastname@example.org, but till date no reply. Further the person who is looking after the complain at your office informed that we are not receiving any email, our office at Bombay will freply you in the mater. But no reply. I am highly disappointed by the manner in which he was discussing me.
I am using Spidigo connection from last five months. First four months its works properly, but from last one month its not working properly. From last one month, on daily basis I have to complain, but your un-skilled technical person not able to solve the issue. Kindly resove the issue by sending some skilled person, if any.

It surprised me that not a single time i received any call back from you or your authorized person. I suspect either your call centre person not forwarding you the complain or your employee ignore the matter. The most hopeless broadband service ever. I have taken broadband service at my house in b-21 meghadeep apartments bodakdev vastrapur (kavita mohan) last month.from day 1 the system is not working my wife and children have been made to run to parsha towers several times but of no use. I am also posting the same to all my friends in Facebook to please not avail broadband services of spidigo (the most stupid service less broadband service anyone can ever have). The business correspondent mr karan took money for the connection even when router was not available with the company. Just imagine how much they can trouble customers.

Despite repeated requests for renewal of my account, since last four days, none has turned up to renew my account. It's really urgent, but nobody has cared to contact me. Every time i was told that one Vijaybhai will come. He has not contacted so far. It was never expected about such poor services.
