Every now and then i am calling to customer care, but careless people does not listen to me leaving me to search for another alternatives. I, therefore, request to my needy friends to throw the spidigo out of their thought and opt for another reliable service providers.
The broadband connection has been made at my home. The technician have been sent since two days were not quite capable and they did not provide proper service even. After the fixation was made they did not wait for me to assure the speed. Even the device fixed are not new. All second hand devices are fixed. Is this how your company serves after the customer has prepaid his balances. I do not see to acquire it anymore. So kindly take away your device and revert me my payment. Of course you can see my data usage. I want my grievance to be undertaken as soon as possible so that I'm not enforced to take further action.

Hello, My name is Nirav Shah and i have purchased a Spidigo plain before some months. Soon after the installation i am facing lot of problems in day to day Net. I had purchased a plan for six months which expires in December, but up til now i was just able to use it for harldy two months and 26 days. From many days i am facing issues in connectivity and have tried calling them many times, but it is not responded nor any revert are provided on my mails. They have a Pathetic service quality and i am feeling being cheated by them. Their customer care number always keep us on hold mentioning that the operators are busy on another calls. Sipdigo is the worst Broadband service and i wont suggest anyone even if they set it for free. Just Upgrade your self rather than to cheat clients.
We have a plan of 512 kbps unlimited. But from the beginning we are not getting the enough speed as per the plan. We were using the private broadband of uma infotech before yours. But actually we are not getting the half speed of surfing and downloading compare to it till beginning.
