The most hopeless broadband service ever. I have taken broadband service at my house in b-21 meghadeep apartments bodakdev vastrapur (kavita mohan) last month.from day 1 the system is not working my wife and children have been made to run to parsha towers several times but of no use. I am also posting the same to all my friends in Facebook to please not avail broadband services of spidigo (the most stupid service less broadband service anyone can ever have). The business correspondent mr karan took money for the connection even when router was not available with the company. Just imagine how much they can trouble customers.

I have called 0796619900 to Mr Utsav Joshii. Very sorry to say that i did not get satisfactory response. My last complain number is 141115007. He stated that some technical problem is encounter and this will take some time to rectify. This is going on since last one month. Since four days I have registered my complaint regarding connection problem with spidigo. But there is no any responses I received from spidigo. I have talked to customer care for four times, but they are not responding. I thing spidigo has no any mean for their customer and not providing proper services.
