After fixing optic fibre...i lost internet connection, My home telephone line is not clear, Now i have keep my line on for 24hrs unlike before.
Why isn all this was explained to me before i sign the contract.
Worst i have to keep my home next to my comptter.
Im an owner of business in shop at LuckyPlaza Orchard Road.
We have been on constant request and have been promised several times that a technical support will be assisting us in removal of old fiberoptic line after they have transfered to our new location in same mall, but for months now still has not been acted upon and we are already defaulting on our cash bond with management of mall.
I do hope Singtel can be more customer and service oriented company just like Starhub ( which have been our provider of our private internet, phone lines and cable TV since 2004).
