I have cell phone with rogers for six years. After my contrack finish i want to cancel because my fincial problem. They said they will give three months free. But i have been charge every month. So i told them to cancel. But they said will i have to pay some money . So i pay those money. They havent cancel. I was away for about 4-6 months. After i came i saw my final note that say i have to pay 298. I call back right away. I talk about 2hours. Non of them listen my problem. Most of them so mean to me.bad custer service. I also talk to managers she was so rude with me. Now i have letter from gobal.

Ihave had to add to complaint. What do we do if we did not get all the info about losing channels on digital adapter we lost our channels we paid for all these years. Should we cancel the sevice? when accepting no one explained.

All important information like product changes and service changes are stated in your bill. Usually around page three or four if you're looking at the invoice.

We were having trouble with our computer and we called the help service. The person we spoke to helped us and commented that we didn`t have a digital hook up and for no cost would send us the adapter. There was no instruction as to the fact once installed that we would then lose the channels that we had been paying for all these years. We installed it and called to have it setand the person we spoke to never indicated once it was hooked up that we would not receive the same stations when we tried to watch the channels this evening could not get them .we have been with you along time.
