my recharge amount is lessening without my consent. i couldn't talk to a customer care executive.

Recharged reliance GSM 8590518176 for rupees. 30/- thru mobikwik on 7. 9. 15. Received message from reliance then itself, that the recharge is successful. But i have not got the money into my account. The next day(since there was no balance), i recharged for rupees. 20/- thru mobikwik, which i received. So do the needful and inform me.
My Mobile number is 8590701068 I am getting so many service messages. I do not want any more service messages. Please take necessary steps to end sending of service messages from reliance to my number.

This is an educational concern(Dishaa Foundation, Thiruvalla) and our land line wireless connection number is 0469 3268555. We are not able to connect the calls from this number from today morning(22/12/2014). As we called the customer care, they told us our bill amount is not yet paid. We paid our bill RS. 550 by Cheque No: 720444 on 12/12/14 to your Reliance Authorized collection agency(Gloria Communication, Thiruvalla, Kerala). The agency told us that they have been send the cheque on 13/12/14. We are facing this problem since August 2014.
Past one month we have facing problem with our landline connection, line complaint, no problem, found with phone because we checked with another phone. Please do needful we register complaint two or three times, no support get yet.

I purchased cdma prepaid from karamana dsa, but till today it was not activated

I have a broadband connection id is 220767068871. This is not working since 11th of July '14. The telephone line along with the net connection is also dead. I have informed your customer care, but so far the status remains unchanged.
I have rechrged my mobile twice today. Firstly for rupees I called my frnd. Talked for seconds. And my balance became. Again in the evening i recharged for rupees. Send one SMS and the balance became zero. I do not know why. I hav lost my rupees today. Please do help me. Please.
