I have been using the Reliance post paid connection with number 9349877190. Now I have applied for a net connection and the executive whom I approached asked to change my SIM card. My phone 487-3252144 is not working properly. Six months back I complained. Service person informed that at that time battery was not available. As and when it become available it will be changed. Till yet no action is received. Today, I gave my phone to service centre of Reliance office, thrissr. They telepathically informed me that I have to pay battery charge amounting to Rs. 250/- for the same. Let me know whether it is in order. According to my Knowledge that Reliance office was used to repair and change its items with free of cost and their service persons were used to come home for the same. Service of Reliance was very good. Please give your reply.
I had mailed a complaint on 11th April 2015 to the nodal officer reliance digital with a copy to customer care regarding the repair of my top box. But, so far, I am not in receipt of a reply. Please do the needful to settle the issue. My present ID is 201513561536 and previous ID was 200846690819.
