On 07/08/2013 we were given a new SIM. The SIM was activated after a week. Once it was activated within a week when i made a call it said your call is barred due to non-payment. I called the show room and they said it was a bill of Rs.1900/-. I had made only two call to my friend Vijay. When i told this information to them they said it was for Internet. To bring to your kind attention I have two more phones which have internet. I spoke with Madam Nadiya, Mr.Gopinath, Mr.Micheal, Mr.Alwin and he said nobody can mess with CDR I am getting it for you. Till now they have not been able to get me the CDR. Tell me why should we be a Customer of Reliance why not switch over to some other service. I am atleast calling my friends and relatives and ask them to port from today to anyone else, but not reliance

initially i had opted for the Rs19/-sms top up.and wanted to unsubscribe it for the last three months.every time i am getting the message as default configured.but again the money is getting deducted from my top up amount.Now i do not want that SMS top up offer.kindly unsubscribe from that and stop deducting money.
