Hi I was Reliance customer since five years, I am not impressed with the Reliance customer care services. I had a talk with Reliance Customer care morning since then i am not getting response from customer care. Afterwards my call is not receiving by reliance customer care, if they took the call they will put me on hold for some time and disconnect the call. I'm having problem with my data card number 9379993028. It's not getting connected. When i call customer care nobody picks the call. Intentionally they are disconnecting the call. Even if by chance somebody picks the call, they simply say upgrade is going on or we have some issue now and it will be resolved by today, tomorrow and so on. Tired of calling, its annoying.

Reliance Netconnect-9343931385.Raised request for termination on 28th May,2013 and was told the service will terminate on the 3rd June,2013. ie 7days later.since my billing cycle date was from 15th - 14th of next month,I was told that the billing from 15th May to 3June will have to be paid. I then requested that the bill for the said days be sent to me after which I would pay the same. The customer care assured me that the same would be sent to me.
