On 12th November 2016, i made a purchase of ?940 at the pvr (Pheonix Market city, Whitefield) food counter, but at the time of the purchase the EDC machine(card swipe machine) had some server issue due to which my card was swiped several times to make the transaction. And in the process the amount of ?940 got deducted twice from my account. On informing the person on the counter he told me that the amount would be refunded back on my account within three days, but it hasn't been refunded back. I hope you look upon the issue and help me. On 12th November 2016, saturday, i purchased some snacks of worth ?940 from the pvr food counter, but at the time of the purchase their was some server problem in the EDC machine(card swipe machine). Theirfore i had to swipe my card several times to make the transaction and in the process the amount of ?940 got deducted twice from my account. Hi,

I have booked three tickets for IRUMUGAN on sat 10-sep-2016 at PVR Forum Bangalore. (AUDI7) three seats L13, L12, L11 and the total amount is 956. 25. Order ID is BGLC0005753695. Kiosk pick up code is WT6HNTS. The movie got cancelled due to the cauvery issue at that time in Bangalore. When I visited forum for the refund amount, I was informed that within three days the amount will get credited to my account. But till now I did not receive any refund. Kindly do the needful. Hi All,
I am Ajay S. Patil, yesterday i had booked three tickets of RUSTOM bollywood movie at PVR ORION MALL Bangalore of show time 6:40PM prime class seat T 1, 2 and 3. The seats were in a bad shape there was a big hole on the hand rest which was really uncomfortable to place the hands and the EXIT doors were not shut properly due which other AUDI movie sound was audible to me. I am really disappointed with the service and the maintenance, i spent around 1k, but the ambience was very poor which was never expected. I need an explaination and how you assure that this won't happen in future. Attaching the pics of the seat for your reference.

Dear PVR Head of operations and Customer care,

Had a bad and humiliating incidence today in PVR at VR mall, Whitefield, Bangalore. I was there to see a new release Udta Panjab along with my family having two kids less then three years. We already finished half of the movie peacefully with out any issues. We had been pushed by PVR associates to come out with kids and spoiled whole movie and the mood of everybody. Such worst behavior from the PVR team is not acceptable and need an apology from the manager of PVR VR mall along with refund of my five tickets which has gone waste due to horrible surprise interruption by PVR Manager Mr Shashi and his team. I am looking forward for a reply of my complain with in 12 hours. Regards

Please note that I had booked two tickets for the movie TE3N for morning 9: 20 show. I have paid the amount of Rs. 357. 50 by HDFC Net Banking for seat numbers M1 and M2. I have not got any SMS/ Email from PVR for ticket booking though the amount has been debitted to me. Please Email the tickets ans SMS too after checking the details.

Movie booking was done only once, but the amount got debited twice. There are issues in the PVR site, would advice not to book using the PVR site. One of the worst site .

Recently I had been to PVR Cinemas (Forum, Kormangala) Bengaluru to buy the tickets, but really disappointed to know that you do not have debit/credit card facility at the counter. I want to know, why you are not updated with technology? as I do not carry cash in my wallet always. Please I request you to provide Debit/Credit card facility at the PVRcounter so that it will useful to the customers like me.

Pvr-orion dated 25.04.2015- we booked a 9 pm show in the counter and he gives me a 7 pm ticket. At 9 I take that ticket and go and the entire staff harasses me and asks me and my husband to stay back and miss the beginning of the movie. When we refused the ticket collecting person at the theater beginning abuses me. Further they take away our ricket stating that they will take action of the ticket issuer. Such an act from your institution does not show well on you. It is shocking and irresponsible and shows utter contempt on your part towards your customer . If immediate action is not taken on these irresponsible staff of yours and the same is not intimated to me I will be contained to take legal action under consumer protection act and contest it very harshly.

Dear Sir/Madam, yesterday i have booked a ticket morning show my booking id(WXXZFR4) for today's date through online while booking the ticket i have got pop message like add on food which charges 250/-rs and i have been charged for this extra facility also, but i did not get any such facility in the movie hall, the ticket cost was Rs170/-per seat i have booked two seats, with internet fee and extra add on food i have been totally charged Rs556/-, but y is it so i should pay for the facility for add on food which i did not avail, kindly look in to and reply on this issue, or is this a way you people collect the money from the customer in wrong way by wasting their amount.

On 19th of January at 2135 hours I tried to book two tickets for 1455 show on 20 Jan, movie Paddington. An amount of 370. 18 was deducted to my Credit Card. No reservation was confirmed, instead I have received an email from you apologising for the ' bad transaction' and you will update on my case soon. So far I have not heard from you. I have followed it up with an email, but no reply so far.

I booked three tickets for the movie pk on two January 2015 eight 30 pm show my tickets number in M1, M2 and M3, but the staff did not allow us toh sit on that seats they alloted k1, k2 and k3 is this the way to treat fully disappointed. I never visit again here.

We watched a movie (PK) in Audi six at Pvr Koramangala (forum mall) on 29th December at 5:10 pm. When we left the theater at 8:15 pm, we left behind a pink jacket belonging to my daughter. We were in seat number M11-14. Please let me know if it is found.

Hi. This is ridiculous. I tried booking two tickets for pk for 12:00pm through my gift card and the amount has been deducted from the card. While trying to pay the balance amount, it threw an error message and those seats have been booked already and I haven't got the reference number and I have already lost my 300 bucks. Today is the last day to redeem it. I tried contacting the customer care. But its stupid that it operates only from 10am. How do we sort the issue. Please get back to me as soon as possible. I want the reference number or the refund.

20/08/2013 Tuesday we made a transaction for seven ( seven ) tickets for Thaalaivar movie for 8:30pm show in P V R Cinema through Book my show .com the transaction in ICICI bank happened, but the tickets did not happen. I met prakash in PVR cinemas he supported me please do the needful to refund the money of 1526.63 to my ICICI bank account and reply.
When enquiries in the Counter they expressed it as Bad transaction ?

I booked online two tickets for Wolverine for 29th Monday, four PM show, through your web site. Seat numbers are K19 and K20 at PVR Koramangala - Classic, AUDI9, Bangalore.
Rs.436.18 has been withdrawn from my HDFC account to your account, but I have not received any ticket booking ID from you either by SMS or by email. I have also received a SMS from my bank confirming it, but nothing from you until now! Please look into this and do the needful. I tried calling 8800900009 and 080-22067885, but no response!

Dear Support, I was booking the tickets on 24/07/2013 for 6.15pm Googly(kannada), in between the transaction I received 'Bad Transaction' message. And same 'Bad Transaction' message received to my mail ID "ivanvamadapadavu@gmail.com" Amount of 298.00 rupees has been deducted from using PVR Gift Card and my credit card, but ticket confirmation has not received. while booking online for Bhaag Milkha Bhaag at PVR Orion Mall RajajiNagar for 21st July 2013 sunday 10.15 show, seats J21,22,23,24 were booked and money rupees 912.36 was spent from credit card for four tickets, but PVR my account does not show any booking nor I got any SMS of booking details on my mobile.

Seats J21,J22,J23, J24 now show occupied.
Please sort this problem and give me the booking details as tomorrow is my son's birthday and I had promised him the movie

I tried to book Ashiqui two movie tickets (2 tickets) and the transaction failed, but rupees 656 was deducted from my credit card. I called up my credit card customer care. They have given me an approval code, but i am trying to call pvr customer care and nobody is answering.
