I am Ajay S. Patil, yesterday i had booked three tickets of RUSTOM bollywood movie at PVR ORION MALL Bangalore of show time 6:40PM prime class seat T 1, 2 and 3. The seats were in a bad shape there was a big hole on the hand rest which was really uncomfortable to place the hands and the EXIT doors were not shut properly due which other AUDI movie sound was audible to me. Had a bad and humiliating incidence today in PVR at VR mall, Whitefield, Bangalore. I was there to see a new release Udta Panjab along with my family having two kids less then three years. We already finished half of the movie peacefully with out any issues. We had been pushed by PVR associates to come out with kids and spoiled whole movie and the mood of everybody.
