Pvr-orion dated 25.04.2015- we booked a 9 pm show in the counter and he gives me a 7 pm ticket. At 9 I take that ticket and go and the entire staff harasses me and asks me and my husband to stay back and miss the beginning of the movie. When we refused the ticket collecting person at the theater beginning abuses me. Further they take away our ricket stating that they will take action of the ticket issuer. Such an act from your institution does not show well on you. It is shocking and irresponsible and shows utter contempt on your part towards your customer . If immediate action is not taken on these irresponsible staff of yours and the same is not intimated to me I will be contained to take legal action under consumer protection act and contest it very harshly.

Dear Sir/Madam, yesterday i have booked a ticket morning show my booking id(WXXZFR4) for today's date through online while booking the ticket i have got pop message like add on food which charges 250/-rs and i have been charged for this extra facility also, but i did not get any such facility in the movie hall, the ticket cost was Rs170/-per seat i have booked two seats, with internet fee and extra add on food i have been totally charged Rs556/-, but y is it so i should pay for the facility for add on food which i did not avail, kindly look in to and reply on this issue, or is this a way you people collect the money from the customer in wrong way by wasting their amount.

On 19th of January at 2135 hours I tried to book two tickets for 1455 show on 20 Jan, movie Paddington. An amount of 370. 18 was deducted to my Credit Card. No reservation was confirmed, instead I have received an email from you apologising for the ' bad transaction' and you will update on my case soon. So far I have not heard from you. I have followed it up with an email, but no reply so far.

I booked three tickets for the movie pk on two January 2015 eight 30 pm show my tickets number in M1, M2 and M3, but the staff did not allow us toh sit on that seats they alloted k1, k2 and k3 is this the way to treat fully disappointed. I never visit again here.

We watched a movie (PK) in Audi six at Pvr Koramangala (forum mall) on 29th December at 5:10 pm. When we left the theater at 8:15 pm, we left behind a pink jacket belonging to my daughter. We were in seat number M11-14. Please let me know if it is found.

Hi. This is ridiculous. I tried booking two tickets for pk for 12:00pm through my gift card and the amount has been deducted from the card. While trying to pay the balance amount, it threw an error message and those seats have been booked already and I haven't got the reference number and I have already lost my 300 bucks. Today is the last day to redeem it. I tried contacting the customer care. But its stupid that it operates only from 10am. How do we sort the issue. Please get back to me as soon as possible. I want the reference number or the refund.
