This problem was existing since the day of installation. )in this conditions occasionally get water purified.). Where as now not getting purified water since last THREE DAYS. Sir, I have purchased a pure it classic 23 liter unit from M/S Aruna Stores, College Road, Madikeri on 17. 9. 2014 vide bill No. 6732. But after few days of purchase water started to come out of it constantly and I called 1860-180-1000. After repeated call a service man from KushalNagar, Kodagu District came to Madikeri and I took him to my home. He replaced the battery kit at my costs. Thereafter for few days the unit was working properly and about 35 days ago again water started to leak from the unit supplied to me. I have been calling to the toll free number of pure it service point and i have been getting empty assurance that service man will attend the problem within 24 hours. But till today no body attended the problem. The assurance about post delivery service by pure it manufacturer is very poor and irresponsible. No body is prepared to set right the problem faced by me.

The complaint number 146322817 was registered on 24th of November, 2014 for replacement of GK1 kit. The technician came and replaced the same, however did not wait to check the funtioning of the filter. No water was coming and despite repeated calls and follow up, the complaint was attended after eight days. After the second visit, the water overflowing from the storage tank. Again after the cycle of repeated calls and follow ups, he checked and informed that the sensor has to be changed and he will get it since he did not have it ready. Since then, he has disappeared and the complaint is not closed yet. It is more than 20 days. The technicians employed are not technically competent and unable to rectify the problem and the service center is also not supporting.
From classic pure it bad smell is coming with water why? Please solve this problem.

So i tried reaching the Customer care numbering,, but was unable to reach any person even after long wait time over phone. I had even posted an online request,, but did not receive any response.
