Hello Pure IT team, We had purchased a pure IT 23 liters water purifier around five months back from Bangalore. It was fine until last month, after it started leaking. So i tried reaching the Customer care numbering,, but was unable to reach any person even after long wait time over phone. I had even posted an online request,, but did not receive any response. From classic pure it bad smell is coming with water why? Please solve this problem.
The complaint number 146322817 was registered on 24th of November, 2014 for replacement of GK1 kit. The technician came and replaced the same, however did not wait to check the funtioning of the filter. No water was coming and despite repeated calls and follow up, the complaint was attended after eight days. After the second visit, the water overflowing from the storage tank. Again after the cycle of repeated calls and follow ups, he checked and informed that the sensor has to be changed and he will get it since he did not have it ready. Since then, he has disappeared and the complaint is not closed yet. It is more than 20 days. The technicians employed are not technically competent and unable to rectify the problem and the service center is also not supporting.
