Electricity theft was going on at 79 Urban Estate Ph-1, due to which fire broke out and some branches of the trees gutted. I have also called on complaint no, they have sent some PSPCL field staff for checking. Staff had found that concerned person had found the hidden AC device and meter is also inside the house no 79. But till now no actions has been taken.

Good day, i deposited my electricity bill by internet through debit card. My bill amount was rupees 5390 and received the receipt of same amount via e mail, but the transaction from my bank account was rupees 5450. 36. The extra rupees 60. 36 has been charged. My query is this rs60. 36 has been charged by my bank or this is your service charges for using internet services via debit card. Sir i am the resident of ward no H.No C157 Ward no ten peer wali gali canal road Vpo Sujanpur Pincode145023 Pathankot. Our ward is suffering from low voltage with frequent significant fluctuations. We are suffering this problem for past one month. There is only one transformer for commercial, agri tubewell and residential houses. Further all surrounding meters are put in one cabinet outside with two phase connection. Three phase cable is yet to be placed with this cabinet ad confirmed by local authority, but it is pending. What is the control of your area responsible person, and night time no any body attended consumers complaint calls. We suggested to pspcl please start toll free number with recording and his status. So concerned duty person giving his best against people complaints.
There is an electric pole carrying transmission wires, outside our factory premises at e-579, phase - 7, focal point ludhiana, which has tilted at an angle of 60 degree approx. Today and the wires have come so near to each other, any wind wave can cause short circuit any time and also one wire is hanging so low that even a person has to bend down to go out of our factory and it become very risky to move out of factory. All complaint number Are not responding, kindly arrange to rectify the pole at earliest without delay.
