Sir,
I want to o bring to your notice that my PAN number is : J71PF252230M
of flat no 102 sunrise Apartments, Nakodar road Jalandhar. My flat is not occupied for last four months and I have just got electricity bill for Rs.5540/- chargeable units 554,there is no consumption of electricity as the flat is empty and no one is staying there since four months.
As society of our flats is broke they steal electricity for water submersibles and lights from output wires from the meter of individuals.I have tried to notify to the society authority they refuse any theft.Please look in to the matter.Thanks

I made online payment of electricity bill on 18.06.2013 vide transaction ID 1681212.The surcharge of Rs.578/- have wrongly been charged considering it late payment.
I have made payment by fastest and secure mode of online payment .Had I made the payment thru~ cheque on 17.06.2013 even than you would not have received the payment on 18.06.2013 after clearence of cheque.
My payment should be considered timely payment and surcharge 578/- charged wrongly should be adjusted in my coming bills.

Dear Sir I had filed acomplaint regarding the Meter installed outside my office almost fall down from our outer wall because at the time of meter fitting gattes were not used to placed the above (My Office address is 16-17 Gurudwara Diwan Asthan Market, St No eight Central town Jalandhar ). I Complaint thrice for above problem. Every time a new group of two person came, but till now the complaint has not been resolved. DS Meter account number.UF39/1915 was replaced in the first week of July'2013 and yesterday on 29th August'2013 - Letter number 4554 dated 23.08.13 from Asstt. Executive Engineer, PSPCL, Rajpura with Theft case for Rs.15628/- was handed over to undersigned.

For your information, nobody called me while checking the meter at PSPCL Rajpura as well as ME Laboratory.

For your information, Old Meter was given to PSPCL Officials in good condition.

For your information, Mr. Pawan Kumar JE was called over Mobile when the Meter was replaced in the evening.

Please advise what course of action is required from my end.

Bill sent for account number X13DF451164W (Sub Division Khera Mandir, Distt: Kapurthala) is not correct for the period from 12/07/2013 to 15/08/2013.

Meter Reading On 18/04/2013 in the bill of that period was 14742KW as noted by PSPCL staff.

Meter Reading on 29/08/2013 at 1900 hrs was 14907.3KW.
as noted by complaintant.

Bill sent on 15/08/2013 is rupees 5480/- which is arbitrary and without any base and logic.

Kindly send correct bill within last date of payment of bill base on the actual reading.

I want to clarify, that, my regular Account Number is W51AB290589X, and I have already paid the bill for the same. Further, You cannot change my ac. number without intimation or if you have changed it somehow, you should intimate it and create a single bill for a single customer.

Now, I do not have any liability towards your department about any kind of further payment.

Hence before bills were raised for minimum charges except above bills and paid on line. I made on line complaint under Concern ID 28009datedb 29/08/2013& 28229 dated 1/9/2013 and also made e-mail to cmd/ ce-ds-south,sdo zirakpur, xen Zirakpur,and constantly reminded them with my last reminder dated 7/10/2013.and also sent my request to Sdo -Commercial- Zirakpur under speed post on 4/09/2013 and dated 28/10/2013 under registered letter with a copy to Xen Zirakpur, requested them to raise revised bill for zero consumption on minimum charges, but till date they have obseberved complete silence. Needful is required to be done immediately.under advise to me.

There is an electric pole carrying transmission wires, outside our factory premises at e-579, phase - 7, focal point ludhiana, which has tilted at an angle of 60 degree approx. Today and the wires have come so near to each other, any wind wave can cause short circuit any time and also one wire is hanging so low that even a person has to bend down to go out of our factory and it become very risky to move out of factory. This is to inform you that for the first time i have received electricity bill amounting to rupees 3540/- for the period 02. 05. 14 to 10. 06. 14 on average basis. I have paid/deposited the said bill amount on 11. 6. 2014 . However, i think electricity meter which is installed at pole outside my house, is not in proper order and as such you are requested to please check the same and get it replaced/repaired immediately so that i may not receive average bill in future.

Sir i am the resident of ward no H.No C157 Ward no ten peer wali gali canal road Vpo Sujanpur Pincode145023 Pathankot. Our ward is suffering from low voltage with frequent significant fluctuations. We are suffering this problem for past one month. There is only one transformer for commercial, agri tubewell and residential houses. Further all surrounding meters are put in one cabinet outside with two phase connection. Three phase cable is yet to be placed with this cabinet ad confirmed by local authority, but it is pending. My bill amount was rupees 5390 and received the receipt of same amount via e mail, but the transaction from my bank account was rupees 5450. 36. The extra rupees 60. 36 has been charged. My query is this rs60. 36 has been charged by my bank or this is your service charges for using internet services via debit card. I enquired from my bank and they have declined any such extra charges. Please resolve my confusion. I shall be very grateful to you. Regards
