I had left the premises in January 2016 and I made payments on 11-March-2016 worth rupees 4400 as final payment and a slip was also filled in front of me and employee of PSPCL said the account is closed. But still I am getting billed for the same account number. I live in jalandhar and I have visited nakodar and they said account is closed, but still I am getting bills. I had registered a complaint on 10-Oct-2016 having complaint number 5530711 which is still pending to be resolved. JE Visited our location and said he will come tomorow, but after that we called him so many times on his phone he neither attend the phone numberr he visited to resolve the issue, . Also we have visited local office of PSPCL Mullanpur, Dakha Ludhiana. But nobody turned up for resolution. This is very poor service at part of PSPCL. Pleaes do the needful.

This scene gives a quite negative impression any accident can happen and that again will be a sorrow state of affairs. They keep 7/8 kundies connected up to five a. Hello Sir/Ma'am

I am living as a rented in Mohali phase 7. I have a query regarding monthly rent. Let the whole bill is 5000 monthly and total units 520 then my landload divided 4000/520 = 7. 69 unit

My consumed units is 50 then he multiple with 50*7. 69 = 385 bill per month. The question is 7. 69 is the correct unit for me because I have used only 50 units in a month and according to slabs it should be multiple by 4. 52(approximately). That mean 50*4. 52 = 226 is the actual bill. I have attached the previous bill for analysis. Please correct me if I am wrong.

We want to come to notice you is that the area of ADARSH NAGAR main bazar, GURU NANAK PURA, AMRITSAR so many electricity theft cases I observed. The people theft electriciy through street light polls and wires which are passege nearby their homes. They are theft electricity full day and night without any botheration. Due to abovesaid theft case we the normal people have to pay much electriciy bill with low voltage. There is no electricity supply since 10. 10pm on 13. 06. 2016 in Deol Nagar, Jalandhar, Punjab. My A/c No. Is J71KK450303M in the name Sewa Singh .complaint was lodged over phone with the concerned authority, but the problem has not been sorted out yet. The local Electricity supply station was also visited twice on 14. 06. 2016 to lodge complaint, but still nobody from the electricity department has restored the supply till now. The problem is faced by the whole area of Deol Nagar. Upon second visit to the power station it was informed that electricity supply will not be restored before two days due to some agitation by the local power station staff. We request you to kindly look into the matter and restore the power supply in the area at the earliest because in todays time non restoration of power supply for more than 17 hours as of now is not tolerable. i Have complaint regarding the dial 1912 Number, I was tried the number 1912 on Saturday Night around 9:30 PM to Sunday Morning 5:00 AM, but number is every time busy, lot of the problem facing the to dial 1912, when its was connected, your customer care executive raised the complaint on Sunday 5:00 Am, But your field engineer are not in time he was call me, he was reach on 8:00 Am, , but he was reached 4:00 PM, when i ask the question why you are not come on time, he gave me a very irritating answer, He told " Bo meri shift nahi thi", i have ten Days no born baby, it was no electricity on whole Night, its request to you kindly take initiative to improve the Process, .

The Previous Meter reading should be 3925 (12/March/2016) on the current bill and the total consumption should be for 239 Units. But you have added the amount again for (17 Nov 2015 to 12 March 2016) which I have already paid as per below details :
Rs 1480 vide receipt number 100747366,
Transaction number 100426374
Paid on 24 MAR, 2016. The previous meter reading is wrongly mentioned as 3428 (17/11/2015). Kindly rectify my current Bill and update the amount for 239 units consumed from 12 March 2016 to 12 May 2016, So that I can make the payment online.

Respected Sir, We all are a resident of Saini Vihar phase four, Baltana. This is brought to your kind notice that few days back electricity department replaced the Main electrical wires alongwith poles. After that current flows in taps, chowkhat, Refrigerator and in computer. After switching off all the lights, it is observed that the all LED bulb still glows, but at low rate. We have applied for the connection of motor in our fields. We are residents of Jagraon region(Virk Barsal) and when residents of my village and near by areas visited JE office for getting his signatures on the papers he is asking for minimum of ?15000per motor connection. We have already prepared draft for the fees charged by the Government. We want to complaint regarding this extra charge of ?15, 000 to ?25, 000 which is really a non genuine amount.
