Then I paid (My A/c No. H22AC891114X) the bill at Cash counter Sub-Div-5/3 Hoshiarpur Receipt No. 21 Dated 20-Feb-2015. But the bill is still appearing in the system (unpaid) After contacting SE i was assured that the problem will be sort out. But all in vain. Please resolve the problem to avoid re occurrence of bill.

There is no electricity in one phase in 423R, model town Jalandhar since today eight AM. I am sorry and annoyed to sate that the pspcl complaint number 9646116777 is always busy and not answering when ever called. Why the dept does not have more lines for answering complaints or or registration OF Complaint through sms.
