I am Sandeep Pathare. Yesterday i recharged my Airtel number with Rs 60. But balance showing is 0. My transaction id:1219842316.
The response was good and I've given the complaint (registered complain no 52211244). There is lots of phone numbers in the internet that are obsolete, . Request you all in your official site to give prominence to these numbers as it is confusing. It has taken me one hour to find a no and register a complain on my land line not working. Also for the past one week I'm unable to pay my bill on line? Can something be done for this.
My Airtel card is Prepaid card, and stopped the facility of send SMS to anyone. Also charges are applied after recharge the card and balance decrease directly why? Please call on My Airtel number 9890822703.
The customer care numbers never work and it is very difficult to find any customer care number on Airtel website. Airtel website is not at all user friendly and is also very slow. I am planing to switch all my eight postpaid connection to another service provider. Such a pathetic customer support.

The toll free numbers are not working on my mobile number 9665017082 and 9890130459 and the Vodafone service provider is not behaving this way. Therefore next week if the problem is not solved, unfortunately i will have these numbers ported to Vodafone.

Hi, I have rechargedd recharged on cell number 9890047966 on 29-may-2014 for 100rs and yesterday balance was 90rs. Yesterday night balance was 0. How come balance automatically became 0. I want to know the reason asap?
