Hi, I am facing issues with Airtel network. Every few minutes I get the "Not Registered on Network" message. This happens even while I am on a call. The network connectivity is horrible. I face this issue irrespective of which area in Pune I am in. This issue is consistent across. I had opted for 3g, but I done even see E on my handset. Data service is bad too. Please help to resolve this issue at the earliest. If this continues, I will have no option, but to switch all my three Airtel numbers to some other operator. My self Mallesh Suttatti . Airtel No: 020 40089002. I asked to keep in safe custody on 28/07/2015. No: 509843304. I paid bill on 23/08/2015 Rs. 597. 36 on line. Payment ID:823316926. Today I call for the confirmation three times, but every time they took 12-16 minutes for checking, confirming the safe custody and transfer to other department. I hold up to 18 minutes, but no response. So I do not need your service in future and I paid all your dues, so you send me the concluded confirmation of disconnection letter and NO Due payment letter. The response was good and I've given the complaint (registered complain no 52211244). There is lots of phone numbers in the internet that are obsolete, . Request you all in your official site to give prominence to these numbers as it is confusing. It has taken me one hour to find a no and register a complain on my land line not working. Also for the past one week I'm unable to pay my bill on line? Can something be done for this.
