I have given a Prestige Induction Cooker (PIC 16. 0) for servicing due to its malfunctioning of electrical switches at M Taj Enterprises, Segehalli, Bangalore-560067 on 22. 11. 2015 (within seven month's of purchase from the same show room). The customer care service of Prestige is very bad. They keep on line for 40 minutes and still do not respond. In addition, they are not toll free. How can we get any service when we are not even able to lodge a complaint. The appliances quality has become the worst.
