How can we get any service when we are not even able to lodge a complaint. The appliances quality has become the worst. His sincerity and efficiency in resolving tech issues of my Prestige induction cook-top have done more for your company's reputation and 'Prestige' than perhaps your whole Corporate Comm., Media and PR department can. Despite having commuted such a great distance followed by an uphill trek, he was most polite and concerned only about the malfunctioning product. I was also pleasantly surprised to find he did not insist on replacing any component when the old one functioned perfectly. In my experience, such employees are the true assets of any organization. They are the ones who add depth and credibility to the Co. 's positive image.companies like Tatas have acquired such goodwill only through such employees. I congratulate you for having chosen him and strongly recommend him for a promotion.
