Sub: router given to service centre from 11 days.
I have purchased your router on nine August 13after three days Airtel who is service provider of our connection, his engineer came to configure. He checked and says that there is some hardware problem in your router. Then I gave that to service centre on 13TH October He says that 2-3 days will take for check this unit, I told him please do some fast because without internet no working in present phase. There is 23rd October 2013 he is still not giving router to me, I have go at him centre thrice he says its lunch time/ the person who will take care of your unit he is out of office etc. I have talk him today also he again said 1-2 days more they require to check that and after lunch. He is just joking every time and also playing with goodwill of your company.
Sir, I please do it as early as possible otherwise i have to opt some legal operation.
