I am not getting my order confirmation mail and my money was deducted in my account. And also when i book my order that time size is not available, but right now size available i want M size can you change.
I placed a order for a pair of action shoe. I selected for online payment and paid the order by a State Bank of India signature credit card. My balance has be reduced(cut). I have received the order id, but my order is not shown in my account. My order ID is 70411527. Please help as fast as possible.

Shipment is pending at the Andheri delivery centre. I asked the customer care for the address of the delivery centre or the contact number so I can personally pick up the shipment, but the response was weird. They do not know the address or the contact number of their DC.
I ordered of NIKE shoes for which I chose cash on delivery,, but when the item reached, the delivery man asked us not to open the packet. I asked him only I have to check the item and number Of size is O. K. But he refused to give us the packet. My simple question is that if I gave you money in a packet, you will check that is is O. K. Or not. So when you want to check the amount then how can you expect from any person that he will gave you the amount even not checking the item is same which have been ordered. Please clarify. I have placed an order on Dec 23, 2014 at Myntra.com website. I paid full amount and also paid additional amount for the next day delivery. I was waiting for the product and tried to enquire about the order status, then I came to know that the order is being processed and it will be delivered in next two weeks. To understand why it is getting delayed, I called customer care and then came to know that the order can not be processed, it was on-hold as the product is not available. It was very disappointing to know that status. Until I enquired, none of the staff from Myntra reached out to me and informed about order status. How can you say that the product is not available? By looking at the availability status, we are placing the order with full amount.
You all are making money on keeping our call on hold what is this? you will keep me on hold for 21 min,, but know one ended up answering if we order something you will send a reminder message in two seconds,, but to pick the call you do not have a service. My order ID is contains three orders, out of which two are delivered, but one is pending form many days. Even calling customer care number executive is not talking after telling to wait. Kindly deliver the order as soon as possible as already many days have lapsed. This is not acceptable from you.
