To whom it may concern,
My name is Geoffrey and i am very frustrated since i stopped using your service from the month of May and yet you are deducting money from my account. In the month of May i had requested the service to be terminated so that June would be the last month but, clearly this did not happen and it was pushed to July which money was again deducted.
i was given a reference number 977648 and a lady called Loise Mirobi on July 1st 2013 was the lady i last talked with. Honestly, i am not happy about this and this matter should be handled as soon as possible.

I am a subscriber to the multichoice compact bouquet where i pay USD45.00 a month. To my dismay, i find myself unable to watch my beloved FC Barcelona open their La Liga campaign tonight, reason: the game is on Ssp5 which is blocked on this bouquet.
My only interest are the sports, news and documentary channels. I therefore find myself very restricted even after paying that hefty amount, given that the following are blocked:
Sports:Ssp1,2,4,5 & 6
Besides, my viewing hours are very limited, save for weekends. And now that the ESPN channels were removed, you have not provided alternative channels in compensation.

I applied, Paid and subscribed for dstv installation at tmall over the weekend and was given a reference number smart card serial this was at around ami was promised that a technician by the name of samuel cellphone was to e to fix the dish at around pm , Continuous munique with both samuel and the sales agent one maureen with promises of the same shall be done by the cause of the day only for the two to refuse to pick my calls when it got to around pm question is why did they have to lie and especially the technician who kept on saying that he was on his wayyet no apologies were ever given and no explanationim reconsidering this service as this is not the level of service i expected. Is it soo hard to install and configure a potential client.

Yesterday I topped up my account for DSTV access ($10-880ksh) and had my account not activated until I talked to your customer care representative.
The Account was activated at around 7.30pm.
In the morning as I wanted to catch the morning news, the E16 error code appeared again. Efforts to revive/reset were futile and was totally disappointed.
Can you please ensure I get my services efficiently without having to call you again and again. I know how to use the SMS format of reset but I don’t want too because it is your obligation to ensure I receive my services.
Please confirm if the decoder has been reset because I left it on and am at work expecting to find it working when I return home in the evening.

I was at you offices on 5th feb to change all our accounts from premium package to family package. For this i had to fill a form at the customer care desk. But it seem you have not updated this in your system because i have received the message the account is due and even yesterday i had to call customer care to find out what was happening because our accounts were suspended. The following are the accounts: 35307942; 35559878; 39587604 and 52527227.
Could you please do something to avoid inconveniencing your customers. I will truly appreciate your help.
