Hi, On 29th August 2015 i bought two Go Tv decoders from your stand at mombasa international show. I was sold those two decoders at 1400 Kenya shilling each and promised by your team six month free subscription. On 5th October i started receiving some alerts that telling me i have five days remaining for my decoder to be disconnected and on 11th October it was disconnected. Before 11th October 2015 between 5th and 6th October 2015 i took an initiative i visited your Nyali office for assistance where i managed to talk to the boss there who promised to look to the issue and get back me, but he hasn't upto now. My Sister-in-law paid for Goplus for account number 2018650890 and didn't get the service last week. When she contacted the local dealer at Diani she was told her decoder was not functional. She was told therefore to contact multichoice Nairobi, since she paid her subscription through Mpsa, to have her account suspended. Can that be done until she buys a new decoder before her subscription ends without her using the services? We tried calling trough 0204236000, but couldn't get to a customer care agent, only the voice prompts.

There are people claiming to be working for GO TV and they are going round asking for plots to put up masts and they claim to be paying six million immediately and 40 thousand Kenya shilling for ten years lease. They are claiming to have their offices in Karen. They have Company identification cards (GO TV)They are conning people money by telling them that they can speed up the contract if you give them money.

I was at you offices on 5th February to change all our accounts from premium package to family package. For this i had to fill a form at the customer care desk, but it seem you have not updated this in your system because i have received the message the account is due and even yesterday i had to call customer care to find out what was happening because our accounts were suspended. The following are the accounts: 35307942; 35559878; 39587604 and 52527227.

Dear Multichoice Kenya,

Yesterday I topped up my account for DSTV access ($10-880ksh) and had my account numbert activated until I talked to your customer care representative.
The Account was activated at around 7.30pm.
In the morning as I wanted to catch the morning news, the E16 error code appeared again. Efforts to revive/reset were futile and was totally disappointed.
Can you please ensure I get my services efficiently without having to call you again and again. I know how to use the SMS format of reset, but I don’t want too because it is your obligation to ensure I receive my services.
Please confirm if the decoder has been reset because I left it on and am at work expecting to find it working when I return home in the evening.

I applied, Paid and subscribed for dstv installation at tmall over the weekend and was given a reference number smart card serial this was at around ami was promised that a technician by the name of samuel cellphone was to e to fix the dish at around pm, Continuous munique with both samuel and the sales agent one maureen with promises of the same shall be done by the cause of the day only for the two to refuse to pick my calls when it got to around pm question is why did they have to lie and especially the technician who kept on saying that he was on his wayyet no apologies were ever given and no explanationim reconsidering this service as this is not the level of service i expected. Is it soo hard to install and configure a potential client.

I am Dstv client account number 49342307. I experience disconnections every month even after I have fuly paid. Right now I am disconnected on account of my account having been suspended. I paid shs. 4500/- via Mpesa on 29th September. Kindly permanently resolve this problem and restore the services right now.

I am a subscriber to the multichoice compact bouquet where i pay USD45.00 a month. To my dismay, i find myself unable to watch my beloved FC Barcelona open their La Liga campaign tonight, reason: the game is on Ssp5 which is blocked on this bouquet.

My only interest are the sports, news and documentary channels. I therefore find myself very restricted even after paying that hefty amount, given that the following are blocked:
Sports:Ssp1,2,4,5 and 6
News:Sky news
Documentaries:BBC Knowledge,History

Besides, my viewing hours are very limited, save for weekends. And now that the ESPN channels were removed, you have not provided alternative channels in compensation.
