I am so upset with the customer services, I had ordered two dresses on Sunday and yesterday I received an email saying that there is some error coming to dispatch my order. There is no contact number that you call. I have emailed them twice, but haven't heard yet. Sabreena .
I have ordered two items from the website and payed £4. 99 delivery to ensure. I received them today. Only one item is in the parcel and the delivery note says both are very upset and angry. I have tried contacting about five different phone numbers and cannot get through on any of them, please can someone contact me as soon as possible.
I ordered a Skirt online from Missguided about three weeks ago and received comformation number, but other email fro shipment. My credit card is charged. I called their customercare number and there was no answer please help.
I ordered a dress for my daughter on Tuesday evening and paid the next day delivery fee of Rs 5. 99. Today is Thursday and we have no dress. I have called DPD about the parcel they told me it was not dispatched until last night which was a full 24 hours after the order was placed so we paid for next day delivery and have not had the goods. Could some one please comment on this. Thank you.
Nobody bothers to pick it up. I have booked three orders for delivery on Saturday and today is Monday and i have not heard from them back. This is simply unacceptable i spent over 250 GBP and not a single delivery have been made. I am leaving for my holidays today and wont be coming back for another two weeks i cant stress enough how frustrated i am Excellent job Missguided.
I was having computer issues yesterday when I went to order something for my daughter. I thought that it did not go through and did it again. To my surprise both went through on my bank account. I ordered something and missguided have taken my money, but have not sent me the product and i have not had a confirmation email saying that i have ordered anything. I have tried to get in touch, but they seem to be extremely slow at replying.
Im writing to inform you that i have heard such good thinks about your website and clothing from friends that i decided to give it a go myself this would of been my first misguided purchase and it will definitely be my last as i have been trying for the last three days now to try and purchase the 'kloudin belted crossover jumpsuit' in black in a size ten and the website seems to be faulty as i am trying to add it to my bag and says its gone in and when i click onto my bag it is not there and i was hoping to wear this on the up coming Saturday 5th October for a important event so i ask you to try and sort this problem out immediately as i would like this product as soon as possible i was going to get next day delivery so i have it in time, but this is proving difficult and very disappointing. if this problem can not be resolved i wont be returning as a customer and i wont be recommending you in the future.

I ordered my items "next day delivery" several days ago as it was urgently needed for this weekend. I gave it enough days to make sure it would be on time, however that is not the case. It still has not been dispatched and my customer service e-mails are being ignored, which considering they promise and state a reply "within 24 hours" is disgusting.
I order a few stuff it should have take ten days to get to me it is now a month an still nothing now they are giving me another date that they had ship my order

I am very displeased to have found that my order has turned out wrong as I received a blue maxi dress instead of an adelaide stud camouflage jacket. on my order receipt it says that I have received the jacket when I clearly have not. I am outraged at the fact that I will have to pay for the incompetence of someone else's mistake in order to return a maxi dress i hace not ordered. I have paid 38.90e for the jacket which I have not received. I would like some sort of explanation as to how I can be refunded or receive my jacket which I have already paid for. Lisa
