Hi, I have bought MTS boardband connection(1000 rupees -40GB pln) on December 21st 2014 and mts number is "8925581015". Due to network issue, i have called and raised complaint to discontinue connection and requested for refund the money on 24th Dec 2014. Even i called daily till February month, but no response. Pathetic service. MDN: 8925981150 I am unable to use my MtS service for more than 20 days now with out any resolution. I was used my service last on DEC 4th later with out any intimation service went down due to some software upgrade. I went to MTS show room Tambaram and spent more than four hours there, but issue not fixed. I have called Technical support and launched complaint, but no one visited here to fix the issue. They simply say we will send the person. I am fed up with your service i do not want to continue your service any more. My billing cycle is every month 1st to 30th and this month i haven't used the service, WAIVE OFF my charges and CANCEL my service. MTS is such a stupid service where i have spent more than 15 days. You guys do not have any Customer service.

i really loved Bangalore team customer care services, but worst ever than any other telecoms service in Chennai. Unsatisfied with the response from customer care service Chennai and sales manage.

My data card number is 8645926016. I was told your MTS People last two month back. Change my plan connection. Myself usage was very low. But your people can not do this. In last i will put pending your bill payment still 21/11/2014. Your collection people comes and promised me and collect cash to me and change your connection plan, But the bill generated in same plan. I informed that day to senior person also. Next month also comes same bill amount generated i didn't pay the amount. Once you cancel my connection or do the low configuration plan i didn't want your 12 GB Plan. Surely i didn't pay this month bill once you change my plan or cancel my connection. Otherwise you take my deposit amount and change the plan to prepaid. Your connection also very slow in Ambattur area

Also unable to connect to laptop and when done it throws an error. Complained and its irritating a lot. my plan details - 40 GB unlimited data plan with high speed but no speed at all. Also its a wifi dongle which has no download speed.

Every month, i am getting call from MTS, Chennai, which is more disturbing and irritating.
1. Whenever call comes, we need to attend and hold the call with music for some time. Unnecessary time waste for me in busy schedule. Why not they call us directly?
2. Whenever we attends, we need to shout lot. Because always huge noise from MTS side. Hope all employee are sitting together and attending customers. Why not do something to hear properly? All time she is saying “Not able to hear you”.
3. I have requested to change my monthly plan three months before. Till date not changed.
Due to above, i am getting irritated, whenever i am getting call from your office, either i would not attend or trying to explain to them that i am not able to manage it. I have decided to close this connection due to above reasons. Please confirm or give comments.

MY DATA card number is 8925984942 called eight times to 9150955955. No useful response! Just promises that we will ask technical guys to call you. My issues are:
1. Speed issue (data card works only in 1X speed not in HSD connection). I use it in three different locations, laptop and two desktops (only in laptop four points shows connected in HSD how ever i tested in speed test. Net my upload is one mpbs and download is one mpbs approx).
2. I am not able to browse 'www.cloudy.ec' through i am tired of getting 'The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. 'error. FOR THE PAST one MONTH, I AM GETTING THIS ISSUE ONLY IN THIS MTS DATACARD. NO ISSUE WITH THAT WEBSITE. YOU 'ISP' is BLOCKED. IT USING FROM MY DATACARD, no other website working fine only 'cloudy. Ec' and it's related video portal sites are not working.
3. TILL MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED I WILL NOT PAY MY BILLS. WAVE IT.

Every process went well, payment has been made through debit card and the payment is also confirmed through my bank SMS, but at the end, a Citibank comment came an error has occurred.
