I disconnected my MTS data card in June-2013 itself due to speed problem .As i was getting 0 kbps speed, but this data card had been given to me for 3mbps speed. I complaint many times and once your engineer visited to my home . He also agreed the speed in my area is not possible.
Hence i requested customer care to disconnect it, but i was surprised when they sent bill for 1589 rupees They told your connection was not disconnected completely.And even if it was 0 kbps you have to pay the amount otherwise you will face legal notice :).
I dint want to make things so complex.hence i paid it..
And that time the person who came to collect the amount gave me a form for disconnecting the connection and promised we will never approach you now.
But the interesting part is in this August month also i have received one bill of 100 rs, along with one threat if you not pay on time you will have to pay additional charges. Moreover the numbers mentioned on last payment receipt do not work.

Last week, i paid and received MTS blaze from your sales associate, who visited my house at Ten Poes Road Chennai 600018. I opted for post paid scheme and was assured that the dongle will be activated within maximum two days. MY DATA card number is 8925984942 called eight times to 9150955955. No useful response! Just promises that we will ask technical guys to call you. My issues are:
1. Speed issue (data card works only in 1X speed not in HSD connection). I use it in three different locations, laptop and two desktops (only in laptop four points shows connected in HSD how ever i tested in speed test. Net my upload is one mpbs and download is one mpbs approx).
2. I am not able to browse 'www.cloudy.ec' through i am tired of getting 'The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. 'error. FOR THE PAST one MONTH, I AM GETTING THIS ISSUE ONLY IN THIS MTS DATACARD. NO ISSUE WITH THAT WEBSITE. YOU 'ISP' is BLOCKED. IT USING FROM MY DATACARD, no other website working fine only 'cloudy. Ec' and it's related video portal sites are not working.
3. TILL MY ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED I WILL NOT PAY MY BILLS. WAVE IT.
Every month, i am getting call from MTS, Chennai, which is more disturbing and irritating.
1. Whenever call comes, we need to attend and hold the call with music for some time. Unnecessary time waste for me in busy schedule. Why not they call us directly?
2. Whenever we attends, we need to shout lot. Because always huge noise from MTS side. Hope all employee are sitting together and attending customers. Why not do something to hear properly? All time she is saying “Not able to hear you”.
3. I have requested to change my monthly plan three months before. Till date not changed.
Due to above, i am getting irritated, whenever i am getting call from your office, either i would not attend or trying to explain to them that i am not able to manage it. I have decided to close this connection due to above reasons. Please confirm or give comments.
