Hi, This is Raya Purushotham, i have a quivery on my policy payment. I have paid my last premium through your online portal using SBI debit card. After ten days again the premium payment was debited from my HDFC account. Policy number is 655336881Premium : 1415/-.
Nothing, after giving the LIC number call get disconnected. I have tried this ten times.
I didn't get premium paid certificate after payment successful.
I paid my LIC policy premium through Online for the Policy : 843283870. But still the premium due date is shown as 9/2014 in the Lic Portal. Can you please confirm that the premium is paid successful for the policy. Thanks, C. Archana.

Hi My name is Trinadh and Iam a policy holder of Jeevan Ankur (T.no.807)Policy NO:676258891 and commencement date is 21.09.12 and sum assured 6.00 lakhs. My problem is now Iam triying to pay this year premium in online, system is not accepting it and it is showing an error premium can not be collected this channel and it is showing one message as premium collection for plan 807 is currently not possible through this channel. why it is showing like this and try to relove the probem as early as possible. I applied for transfar of my two LIC policies(453861161, 456080666) from Alipurduar, Jalpaiguri,W.B. to RTC DIv./ Br, Visakhapatnam, A.P., but after two months, it hasn't transfared till date. A letter has come to me for confermation of policies transfared from LIC/ Alipurduar Div., but when i show that letter to Visakhapatnam Br, they said that it is still to come to this Br.
