I Purchased Karbonn A50 recently. If i keep the mobile data setting to ON, continuously money is getting deducted from my prepaid account. If i keep the setting off, no deduction. Please provide a solution how to stop the deduction when not using internet though mobile data setting is kept ON. Regards.

I have purchased at RS 2699 from flipkart.com. I have one problem. The problem is when i connect data connection, the signal range disappears. Please tell me what i have to do to resolve this problem.
My mobiles IMEI number is 911241600258121 and 911241600386948. I have given for servicing on 22-9-2014 in Karbonn Authorised Service Centre Vinayak Telecom (Dadar West Mumbai) and I have not got till yet. The problem was that phone was hanging too much and phone goes auto recovery mode automatically and many other small problems. The service center told me that some part of phone circuit was damaged and phone was send to company for repairing. And when went there to collect my phone, they told me the phone was repaired and received from the company, but they are not able to find the phone in there office. They told me that they will find it and informed me as soon as possible, but then after, I went the service center four times, but every time they are not able to find the phone. The staff of service center is not behaving properly. They have no manners to how talk with customers. I am now frustrated with this. I just want my phone back as soon as possible. I hope, you may help me in this.
