I am a customer of your Vaishnavi Indane Service, Dhurwa, Ranchi-834004. I along with other customers linked with this agency is in trouble of not receiving the cylinders at time. The agency is not supplying cylinders at regular interval of time. We have to run after it to the dealer's godown. Also we are not provided by a contact number so that we can know where the distribution of gas is being held. If we call the agencies people, they also do not clarify this. No cash memo is supplied to us in behave of purchase of gas and rupees 5-10 is taken extra in the name of home delivery( no home delivery is done). The main problem is only that we have to face many problems in purchasing a cylinder especially when the cylinders are not distributed at regular intervals. So get us out of this problem as soon as possible. Thanks.

I have booked my gas on 07/12/14 (Reference number 56737) after continuous follow-up not received till now. I have already complaint in IOCL customer care on 18/12/14, but no positive response received yet and nobody is picked phone in Captain gas agency (0120-2741924, 2743977) also your number 1800-2333-555 is not working. So I am totally disappointed where we do follow. So please help and confirm me.
I am a consumer of INDANE gas at Zirakpur INDANE. I have booked a refill on November 18th 2013 which is not supplied so far; The telephonic booking is also done on 4th of December 2013 and the executive of the distributor told me to that the refill will be supplied on next day on 5th of December which is still awaited till date. I tried to talk with the Manager he did not picked up the mobile(9646111181) despite of my several attempts finally I left a text message regarding the non supply of the refill ; although he did not courtesy to reply or arrange to supply a refill to us.
Also want to inform you that the web portal is not containing the distributors name where this distributor is functional since last 3years; no body can register a complaint on web portal as its not opening properly.

I booked a gas on 22nd oct2013 for Consumer No.66956 in the name of Sumn Kabra. with my address of Baruani Bat. residence, but not delivered till date and on enquery it was informed that no delivery will be made. Gas co. deler is Labanya Gas JPR Road. Please also fuirnish the rate for Home delivery and at dealers godown. Arrange home delivery and give details of SMS booking of Gas.
i am the costumer(no.3033) of indane gas agency ocf shahjahanpur(UP).i was working in kendriya vidyalaya no.1,cantt shahjahanpur.on the dated 14-05-2013 i was transfered to k.v. rampur and again i transfered to k.v. moradabad on promotion on the dated 31-7-2013.during this period my family was residing at shahjahanpur even today.now i want to settle at moradabad,so i want to transfer my LPG gas connection to moradabad.i went to OCF gas agency shahjahanpur there he said with very rude behave that he will transfer my connection to rampur not to moradabad.sir, i showed all my transfer document, but he was not agree.so i request you to see the matter and instruct to OCF gas agency to transfer my connection to moradabad.i will be highly thankful to you. thank you sir.

Today morning 7.30am(04/08/2013)I had complained emergency call No;080-4947247 regarding gas leakage, but till 12.00pm no one has attended the complaint. and also more the ten times i called toll free number(18002333555) it is not activated. Please look in to matter immediately and taken action concern person.
