My PC can not displayed the modem software icon. How can I clear it.

Purchased mobile date is 26. 10. 2014, but unfortunately on few days due some problem on back camera. I have used only 27 days. I went your service provider office Thane name of S. R. Technology after 13 days no body response. Than i talk to Mumbai Goregaon office Mr. Jitendra, but i called mr. I bought a Intex speaker system near by a shop in Cooch-behar, West Bengal. I bought a 5. 1system, but the shop owner gave me four satellite speakers with a main speaker and told us to have to buy one satellite speaker additionally. But in packing description is written that 1 main speaker, 5 pieces satellite speakers, user manual audio cables and a remote control. My intex aqua wonder shows every time I am on the net you are running out of RAM. Please close or running apps.how do I close the running apps .only 43 MB is free rest is all consumed by running apps.in the internal storage.how do I increase my RAM.

this is the second pool I purchased and the metal bar has broken twice. I have been calling the store and Intex and get no where. I am upset over the fact I have purchased two pools in two years. I have invested over eight hundred dollars and still have no pool. I am calling napco. I am just surprised that the store and company both will not refund any part of the prices.
