On 29 March i fly by indigo from Delhi-tvm 6e 149. I travel with my spouse and my two kids really i lost your faith by that fly. We got the seat no8 a b c and d. But to my surprise when i reach my seat some one is sitting with the same seat number tkts. I appeal the concern person to give me adjacent seats since my kids are very young. Even the air hostess did not show any interest they give one seat in 1st row then for me in the middle of the plane my kids some where. It really make me so much tension and worry. We cant even order some thing to eat during the flight we four are sitting in far distance i lost faith in your service and they say its the systems mistake that's why same seat number issued for two person. This problem arise when we land on Bombay also.

My daughter and husband went from Kolkata to Bangalore on 21st of April 2014 on your indigo 6e-434. After boarding they faced a problem because your ground staff issued duplicate boarding pass of same number Again my daughter came from Bangalore to Bagdogra on 2nd of October 2014 and faced a major problem when your ground staff requested her to come in the next flight because there is no seat in spite of having valid ticket. It is not expected from a reputed company like indigo
They are further going from Bagdogra to Bangalore on 13th of October 2014, but we feel very much tensed. What will happen next time. Please reply why this unwanted things are happening.?

I was travelling yesterday by indigo flight number 6E482 and PNR number E2IMSG. from Bangalore to Mumbai. I reached airport 2.5 hrS before flight time. due to long queues near check in counter and multiple rows,i was shfted to two different counters by your staff. When I reched the counter at last, they declared counters to be closed for my flight. There was no announcement on public addressing system for the same. There were around 100 passengers and due to shortage of indigo staff, check-in process was not done on time.I was not allowed to board the same flight and was offered to be put on next available flight which was chargable. i requested to waiver the charges as i was not carrying cash and my card was not working.i was alone and it was 6:00am in the morning.your staff was not at all co-operative and did not even give enough attention. Is this a fault on passenger's side also have ticket on 28th November through your airlines.Should i reconsider my booking?

And our return flight from Goa was on 30 th September 2013. flight six E 332 afternoon 3:30 PM return flight from Goa to Delhi.
In both of this travel time The infant named AARISHA DHAMI did not traveled and we had applied for cancellation of her ticket.

Dear All,

This query is regards to my friends booking which is made through my credit card PNR M1WPNG Mumbai - Dubai
and return PNR B1P8MP. Dubai - Mumbai

When I visited the Dubai office for ok to board stamp I was advised that the amount would be refunded back to my credit card as I am not the travel person and payment would have to be made at the airport. Now I've just received money for Mumbai Dubai sector, but the other sector Dubai Mumbai Sector has not been refunded.

Can I understand the situation why is only one sector refunded and not the other as both are booked by me. Dubai office just gives a blank face.

I would appreciate some appropriate assistance for the same.

Hello Officer,

This is with reference to PNR Number - Q1C1PL, Bangalore to Ahmedabad 5:15 departure.

My Checked-in baggage was completely damaged by the Indigo Staff at the boarding pass collection counter. Further upon discussion with numerous indigo team members the Floor supervisor agreed to compensate the baggage and requested me to fill up the baggage claim settlement form with rupees 15000.00 INR claim against total damage of my luggage upon submission of the form she and the ticket / boarding counter executive mentioned to collect the reimbursement from Ahmedabad airport, and advised me to complete my security check @ 4:45 PM and also mentioned if i wouldn't do so i will not be allowed to board the flight.
While in this discussion i did ask for acknowledgement and acceptance of claim. in return they did mention they have updated the system and will be accessible to every on and the PNR number itself shall remain the acknowledgement.

There is only one late evening flight from Kolkata to Bangalore. Both these places are international airports and flooded with passengers coming in and wanting to catch connecting flights. The fares are astronomical and go up by Rs.1000 daily. When I first accessed your website three days ago the fare was Rs.4638. Today I was shocked to see it’s over Rs.7000. This is not fair. How can people with limited incomes afford such high fares? And that too the luggage allowance has come down and one has to pay for meals, seats etc.
Management and owners of the company need to look into this matter.
