To begin with, I am so disappointed that I chose to do business with IIFL, whom I considered the best Stock Market company in India. But I was told all blatant lies right from the beginning of this partnership. Initially I was told by your Ludhiana Branch officials that If I give an initial deposit of Rs. 50, 000/= I will be charged 0.1 % brokerage for deliveries and 0.01% for intraday and Futures. Once I acknowledged this, Mr Rahul came to Amritsar to open my account. I asked him to mention the structure of the brokerage to be charged on the agreement column, but he told me that he is in hurry to reach Ludhiana and do the same once he reaches Ludhiana. He further assured me that my cheque would be presented only after I approve the brokerage structure, which would be sent to me once my account becomes operational. I paid him a cheque of Rs. 50,000/= payable in favor of IIFL. I never got any email from IIFL, but received two SMS on my mobile regarding my ID or account opening. Then,

Dear Sir/Madam, I have done intra day on 19th December 2014 and suffered a big loss. I tried to call my RM on the same day at 11. 46 AM and 11. 49 Am, but no response. I want India Infoline to pay for the big loss that has happened. Because I tried calling RM, but if there was no response then whose mistake is it. Today (22 Dec'14) also I tried calling my RM, but she is not at all picking up the call. I tried India info line, but the call went into some different line. Being such a big company and also charging high brokerage and other taxes still there is no toll free number with IIFL. Will try to come at lower parel Head office and will do a big tamasha there for the loss that I suffered. It would be great if IIFL tells my RM to pay for my loss.
