I have taken new broadband connection(012373027731) one month back. I am facing connection problem and raised the complaint with customer care. Once complaint gets registered. No one bother about the complaint.complaint gets closed without getting solution to just follow the compliance period in system. Again new complaints need to raise for the same and it happens every time. Worst case is that i followed on engineer number 9922111610, but he won't pick up the phone and do not call back at all. In a single day all most dialed him 200 times, but no response. Don't think that he had problem with phone, Some time i got busy number also. Really worst fellow with idea. Need immediate mental treatment for him.
