I activated net pack on 4/8/2014 and its not working. I called again and again customers care, but do not get any response from there. Please help me if you are get my mail. Otherwise i close idea number.

I had recharged RS. 60/= on my connection number 9694676323 along with another recharge of RS. 32/= on 05/12/2014 in the name of Sarita, but sorry to say still my out going calls are charged very high and not running on seconds/paise account and seems RS. 1/= per minute is being charged which can't bear please check and advice if not willing to port to Aircel which is cheap, for your information this has happened several times, although giving complaints to the dealer from where we recharge we get no proper reply.
