I have applied for the credit card 45 days back (approx). One of the person from ICIC bank came to my working place and took the proof of identity and proof of address and signature from me for the same. He said, I will get credit card in next one week. But its been 45 days. I did not get any response from ICICI bank. Not even a call or mail. Please help me in solving this. I need credit card ASAP.

Dear sir, I had availed a personal loan in Jan 2014 for rupees four lacs for four years. I was to forced by team have insurance against it. I said OK. The same was closed in Nov 2014 as with top up as I availed rupees five lacs loan for four years. This time was also I was buldosed to accept insurance and the sales team assured that old insurance would be refunded on prorata basis(around rupees 18000. 00 was to be refunded). Almost three and half months I am still to get it. My old(closed) loan air condition number is LPPUN00027396957. Existing loan air condition number is LPPUN00030803001. Please resolve the issue at the earliest. Such delay is not acceptable.
