I am not receiving the card statement in my email id. I am unable to view the balance and statements(details of transaction) online as you have deactivated the facility as per your site clarification in www.Icicibank.com. Even you people do not care to send a SMS about the balance outstanding and the amount which i have to pay within what date? In such a situation how one can pay timely. If the problem not solved and i will not get the statement in my email ID within 24 hrs, I shall be compels to surrender the card.
