i bought a Iball Andi3e mobile and it was working fine last six months, but suddenly i am facing some problem in it. i am using internet in it and yesterday internet is not working properly so i thought came any virus in mobile. so i has formatted this mobile. now i am creating an account from android market, but i am not able it, showing an error " can not establish a reliable data connection to the server."

I bought up an I ball dongle on 25-apr-13.It was working fine, but suddenly it stopped working so i replaced it as it was under warranty yesterday from iball service centre chandigarh sector 44 branch.They had replaced it with an old dongle instead of providing me the new one. Now the problem is that the hardware is not providing me the desired upload and the download speed and my 3g net is not supporting that hardware properly.So i request to kindly issue me the New dongle.

I have given my Iball booster home theatre for repair at your Chandigarh service centre, but it is pertinent to mention here that they are not picking up customer calls and also do not give specific and definitive time, when the product in question could be repair. When i have called the service centre, they have replied that this is a fault of card and the card needs to be replaced and the same will be requisition from Mumbai. Kindly tell me. How much time it takes for transporting the card from Chandigarh? Will it come by foot, by road, by rail or by air by which medium it will come? So that my spirit may be calm that my home theatre will be repaired or you have opened junkyard not service centre at Chandigarh. If your service centre are not well equipped, well trained manpower or they is shortage of material there, then it should be closed to avoid any inconvenience to the customers. I think, i have not bought the home theatre, i have take a loan from Iball that's why i have to visit time and again.
I bought Iball slide window base tablet on 4-nov-2014. In a month i faced issues with tab, regards to download and hanging. I contacted to thane service center on 4-dec-14 they told me it is software issue. They kept the tab with them. Since then i am following with the service center, but they are not giving me the proper answer. Also your customer care number is invalid. I am very much surprised to know, such esteem organization do not have customer care number to handle customer queries. Also the support staff at service center are incompetent to handle the customer queries. I hope, i should get the valid response by tomorrow before i could take any legal action.
