Respected sir/madam, My self is Vijaypratap rajput and i am a policy holder of star allied and health insurance company ltd. I had taken this policy on the date of 20-aug-2014, but till today company had not provide me any type of hard copy related my policy document.
I had already complain about this to the company, but no one person give me right response from this company. And send me only soft copy.
But sir i asking from you that in the case of claim this company and also all of the company which is in the market they will not accept soft copy, they want only hard copy, at that time i will helpless.
Sir, please help me to provide me my policy document from the company. And company give me only a id card no. Is 3717558-1, but not any id card. Sir tell me how can i use this id card no. Without id card.
Sir, I request you please take some hard action to this company.
I hope you will help me.

Sir, I received a letter, By hand, From your asansol office on captioned repudiation of my claim under happy family floater policy no. And. Disease transient visual loss. Sir, My actual disease diagnosed was crvo, Macular oedema, Cme and not as written in your letter. Please kindly take note of this. Secondly, As per your letter the procedure is within opd protocol only as per your corporate offices clarification but sir, I want to state that as per medical procedure the injection administered was in ot at amri, Kolkata and second sight, Baruipur as per their discharged certificate issued. Sir, In my opinion your clarifications and protocol are not above the medical procedures as suggested by the treating doctor. Shankar netralaya, Mukundpur, Kolkata and cmch, Vellore also suggested me for the procedure in the ot. Please kindly take note of this. Last but not the least, As per your letter, The claim stands nonadmissible under clause n.

Dear Sir , My compaint is already registered at IRDA site and Mr Manoj Kumar is IRDA delhi appointed officer . My issue is that since I am not in india i am unable to understand thae action required to be done for complaint under IRDA Token no 4-13-024710 , entry ref 01000000219931 , for plo. no 13412573 , date of complaint 13/3/13 .

My customer ID is 52029993 and my policy number is 21034659 in the name of Geeta Dabi. Before three months I took a insurance policy from you but still I haven’t received policy bond. And Number of times I called to your customer care but all the time they confirm my address and say that it will be dispatch within 3-4 working days. The worst service I must say. I really cannot understand from which courier you sending it. I am agent for the same also. I really think if I am facing this kind of problem then how can I approach anyone else to invest in PNBmetlife.
