I have changed my mobile no in your bank but sorry to say that u people have not changed till date. i have dropped my cheque towards monthly EMI card for card no 5176 3701 8640 3030 much earlier than the due date, but sorry to state that your executive called and informed that the cheque has returned - reasons best known to you. my SB account always have a min amt of 25000/- please check rupees 700 and rs. 1466 is charged to my account as returned charges and late payment charges. may i kindly request u to reverse the same as it is not my fault. also go through my credit card statement from the day one if i am a defaulter i will agree but otherwise no. please do the needful and oblige. regardsSUVARNALATHA9980223368BANGALORE.
Standard chartered bank is posted that if you call regarding any complaint issue it will not be chargeable,, but I call to standard chartered bank customer care dated 23/03/2015, it was charged 2paise per second. To make one time call for complain it is charged approximately Rs. 14. 00. Same way I called to ICICI bank customer care they are taking more time to connect and there call is also charged @ 2paise per second and they charged to make complain for time of rupees 17. 00.
People call me saying they are from ICICI bank and say it is a verification call and then charge by send a kit containing some items which I have never ordered. This has happened twice. What should I do.
My credit card can not able to use on online transaction, it's showing card has been blocked. Kindly release from the blockage and send me the reason for blockage.
I am unable to trace in ICICIbank.com site, the menu to locate my ICICIbank credit card statement. Earlier it was so easy and just two step method. Also to my shock i found my credit card statements are not coming to my email address. And more shocking is in the toll free call there is no provision to get connected to the executive to get my problems resolved or heard. It ends no sooner there is nompin number.
My documents for credit card was collected on 13-12-2014 and they told me that it ll be updated within four days, but still i have not got any information.

I have been using the ICICI Credit card from last one year, and recently I have applied for another credit card from the same bank. By the time i applied for the credit card i was clearly told that, I would get credit limit as minimum three times of my salary i. E, 2. 00. 000. But they have issued the card with 40000 credit limit.
