i tried to make payment to my BSNL land line bill today through my credit card 4629xxxxxxxxoooo just now 27th January 4pm and for no valid reason it got blocked and with a message that i should contact customer care, i find it extremely difficult to get it right through your customer care phone number. Of late this is happening again and again warranting my visit to the branch to get it open. It is really creating problem for me. My date of birth 15/01/1946 and last transaction if i remember correct was depositing cheque for 5000/= which is over and above my credit limit of 75000/=

Dear executive, I hve recd a CORAL card with number 4375---- ---- 9005 from you recently, confirming me that this card is free, except for the fact that yearly transaction to be more than a lac of rupees, where in no annual fee will be charged. I have made my first transaction on 11-01-16, and shocked to see a joining fee of rupees one thousand is added to my bill. Subsequently I have spoken to your cucstomer care executive on 17-01-16 in this regard. I have been promised that joining fee will not be charged and amount will be credited back to my account. However I wish not use this card as there is a breach of trust and continue to use my present card instead new CORAL card. Dear Customer care, i have applied and got CORAL credit card. Before taking this card i have discussed with credit card department person who has called me for confirmation i have told him i need symple credit card. He told ok and it will be no joining fee. Even he offered one more card and it applies Rs. 1000/- pre joining fee so i refused to take that card. And i confirmed normal crdit card that will Rs. 199/- service fee per annum. But i my first statement of Nov'15 they have charges joining fee Rs. 1000/- plus Service tax. I called customer care person on 26. 12. 15 it self. But till now no reply i called. Please do the needful. If joining fees was there i would have not applied this card. After confirmation only i got this card. 10th Jan'16 is due date please reverse this fee otherwise i will surrender this card back kindly collect the same. I do not want this card.

I am a credit card holder No5239512669522001, I am unable to use my card due to change in the mobile number, I am trying to change the pin, I called several times to customer card, but I regret to note that there is no option to speak to customer care executive, when I am visiting nearest ICICI Bank branch they informed that they cannot change the number in the branch, due to the reason I am not using the card. I have received a letter levying annual charges for the card, when the card is issued it was informed that there will not be any annual charges. Standard chartered bank is posted that if you call regarding any complaint issue it will not be chargeable,, but I call to standard chartered bank customer care dated 23/03/2015, it was charged 2paise per second. To make one time call for complain it is charged approximately Rs. 14. 00. Same way I called to ICICI bank customer care they are taking more time to connect and there call is also charged @ 2paise per second and they charged to make complain for time of rupees 17. 00.

I am unable to trace in ICICIbank.com site, the menu to locate my ICICIbank credit card statement. Earlier it was so easy and just two step method. Also to my shock i found my credit card statements are not coming to my email address. On 17-10-2014, my card was declined the hp petrol station even after trying three times. Later it was declined in another outlet and finally after trying 4th time it went through. In the evening again same problem then while contacting customer care by phone 1st i got some ridiculous answer, and supervisor said the card is locked and will be operational only after ten minutes upon opening the lock, insisting on speaking to the manager and with all embarrassing situation in the shop in front of the staff and other customers and explaining the same, manager could to set the card working. This is a bad experience three times on the same day. Do you think i can really on your card and to continue, i am really thinking of cancelling your card and closing the account with ICICI bank. I did not even receive a SMS from your side why the card was blocked or any alert when the card was declined. I was told my mobile number Was not registered, but in my kyc all details available.
I have been charged late payment fee by ICICI bank, even though i have dropped my cheque before the last date (4th October 2014) on 1st October 2014. I have spoken to the phone banking office and supervisor on the issue and they have expressed their inability to help.
