You are right. You only speak to machine. You can not see anybody to redress our grievance. Bank simply not bothered to solve the problem.

My credit card number 4477 4736 7413 0005 is charged with late fee of rupees 500. 00.
Please see my previous records that i never been late for payment. This time as i was travelling it got delayed.

While using debit card money transfer i am asked to provide grid number. The same is not given on the back side of card.

I contacted several times to convert an EMI in to credit card, but there is no respons.
I want my credit card pin number. My cell number is 9940199802. I tried lot of time to your number. All are waste.
I have been using credit card since 22nd September for amount 10,513 rupees (refer the attachment). After later, i checked my credit card statement. I observed 500 rupees debited on 22nd September. (reason over limit). Past six years i have been using the ICICI credit card. Many times i purchased the item, if purchased item amount exceed the limit, i receive the massage stating that exceed limit in the credit card shop machine. Then i used the alternate credit card. This is not my fault. Please consider my complaint and refund the debited amount of 500 rupees I am having many alternate cards, if limit exceeded on 21st September. No one attends my call, if attends some people of your's voice is not clear. They cuts the call. Still no one called on my register number.

I feel this is totally a pre-recorded system. I wish to speak to some human being from ICICI to register and take redressal for my credit-card statement and this appears to be an uphill task. I also strongly feel that you should understand that you are dealing with human beings and definitely not with digital creations. Pls develop some systems that can help the customers to air their grievances to some human beings and we go tired to hear your recorded voices. Or else, you do not want to get disturbed in the ivory towers you are seated in.
