I have an issue with my credit card payment. I made payment online on the due date in December 2014. But I have been charged late fee of Rs.560/- (approx) in January 2015 statement, because online payments will take two days it seems. I was sincerely not aware of this. Other wise I would have sent cheque only. I requested your office through mail to waive this and they did not agree. In the meantime, I deducted the late fee charges and made the next payment in January 2015. In the next statement I find that Rs.560/- has become nearly Rs.1000/-. I went to the nearby branch to sort out this issue. They said I can only do this through' phone banking for which I need the PIN ( I don't know the PIN at all). When it says to press 1 to generate pin, i tried. But it says that can be done through' registered mobile only. I tried through' the registered mobile only. Hence I made the payment in Feb'15, deducting this amount. I am afraid this will still be increasing
When tried to do the credit card payment. Asking for OTP which i never got in my registered mobile number Today is the last date. Please help.My account number is H. Zarina Begum 602601532973.

My credit card number is 4477 4652 1785 5007 expiring on 12/14, Though I have received an SMS to my reregistration mobile 9444071774 about the dispatch some time back, i am yet to receive/undelivered. Incidentally the follow on pin mail received by me. Kindly check up. If undelivered and returned pl re send it through another reliable courier or by Speed post. Address is unchanged.
I feel this is totally a pre-recorded system. I wish to speak to some human being from ICICI to register and take redressal for my credit-card statement and this appears to be an uphill task. I also strongly feel that you should understand that you are dealing with human beings and definitely not with digital creations. Pls develop some systems that can help the customers to air their grievances to some human beings and we go tired to hear your recorded voices. Or else, you do not want to get disturbed in the ivory towers you are seated in.
