My card No. Is 4375511774764000. I have paid my due amount of Rs. 6371/- vide cheque No. 387061/10. 01. 16 drawn at Canara Bank/TANGEDCO Br. /Chennai. It is understood that my cheque was inadvertently returned by the Canara bank officials citing the reason " cheque not issued". By this bank. After knowing their mistake, the bank officials informed me to request the ICICI bank to present the same cheque again so as clear the cheque. Hi, I had applied for ICICI bank credit card (Application Ref No. 2015302830189). As per the email notification, credit card pin has been shipped via professional couriers and credit card via blue dart. But on checking the delivery status online in the courier websites, one has gone to adambakkam and another to velacherry and have been sent back mentioning as person shifted. I reside in Thirutheri near Mahindra city. I didn't receive any call on delivery and couriers have been sent to wrong addresses. Please advise why.

I have an issue with my credit card payment. I made payment online on the due date in December 2014. But I have been charged late fee of Rs.560/- (approx) in January 2015 statement, because online payments will take two days it seems. I was sincerely not aware of this. Other wise I would have sent cheque only. I requested your office through mail to waive this and they did not agree. In the meantime, I deducted the late fee charges and made the next payment in January 2015. In the next statement I find that Rs.560/- has become nearly Rs.1000/-. I went to the nearby branch to sort out this issue. They said I can only do this through' phone banking for which I need the PIN ( I don't know the PIN at all). When it says to press 1 to generate pin, i tried. But it says that can be done through' registered mobile only. I tried through' the registered mobile only. Hence I made the payment in Feb'15, deducting this amount. I am afraid this will still be increasing

I feel this is totally a pre-recorded system. I wish to speak to some human being from ICICI to register and take redressal for my credit-card statement and this appears to be an uphill task. I also strongly feel that you should understand that you are dealing with human beings and definitely not with digital creations. Pls develop some systems that can help the customers to air their grievances to some human beings and we go tired to hear your recorded voices. I have been using credit card since 22nd September for amount 10,513 rupees (refer the attachment). After later, i checked my credit card statement. I observed 500 rupees debited on 22nd September. (reason over limit). Past six years i have been using the ICICI credit card. Many times i purchased the item, if purchased item amount exceed the limit, i receive the massage stating that exceed limit in the credit card shop machine. Then i used the alternate credit card. This is not my fault. Please consider my complaint and refund the debited amount of 500 rupees I am having many alternate cards, if limit exceeded on 21st September.
