Hello, I had bought a Honda aviator from pioneer Honda showroom present in Noida sector 63 on Sept 19th 2015. The registration number is UP14CR5793 On November 16th while riding in the middle of the road the bike stopped working. On November 17th i called them. The guy came on the 18th and took my bike, he asked for rupees 250 for pick up and another rupees 250 for auto(the showroom is three km from my house only), so in total rupees 500 and he refused to take the pick till my wife paid this amount. On that evening they called me and said that the bike was ready so my wife went. Here they put a tax on the auto charges, can you believe it tax on the auto, do not know which company does this. This is absolutely disgusting. Now coming to the worst part the very next day on Nov 19th, it has stopped working again, with in one day of they apparently fixing the bike in less than two months of buying the bike. With regards to our complaint of dealer of Honda show room at Anjar - Kutch vide complaint No. Q324458, we have not received a proper response till now. It seems that your dealer is not interested in selling vehicle. We would purchase the vehicle of other brand, but we would like to draw your kind attention that we would publish this issue in social media and to general public about this types of activities. As per our opinion, this types of behavior of your dealer would spoil the brand name of Honda. There are other vehicles of different brands available in the market and we would purchase any one of them, but your top management should consider this types of issues seriously. They had stock to sell the vehicle with accessories, but do not have stock to sell the vehicle without accessories. We cant understand the same.

Hi, I have Honda Scooter Activa Model Year 2012. Because of a very small accident it damaged. So I went to Shree Honda Service Centre Rewari (Haryana). They repaired it and charged me Rs. 4700/- for replacement of some parts like chimta (base of steering system) and front mudguard. But after one month I noticed that the problem yet not resolved properly. Now as on 29th September 2015, again I went to the same service center and again they repaired the same part (replaced by them at last time) and wheel base and charged me Rs. -4200/- for the same. But today I noticed that the problem still not resolved properly. If I spent Rs. -9000/- for a single part and still the problem not resolved. It mean either my Activa having manufacturing defect or the service center cheating me. Kindly look in to the matter and resolve my problem so that I can be continue with Honda. I took honda activa 3g on 11th August, 2015 from Raghuvanshi Honda, Navsari, Gujarat and facing many problems since first day regarding its cell start. Its not even kick start many times. Its head light gets off frequently, side signal and horn are also not working properly. Average is also very low. For these problems I sent it three times to service center, but they are not clearly telling me problem neither able to rectify it permanently. Today again i told them to pick it up and give me replacement, but they are saying that we will first check and reply. How many time I have to send my bike there and should face the problem mid of the way or mainly during night journey? Either company should give em replacement or refund my amount which i paid in cash. Need urgent reply or will file complaint in consumer forum.

L. K. KUMARI. Now NAGASAI HONDA SHOWROOM person call us and said that bike will delivered within two days and you have to pay 65000forit. But I want bike without accessories for rupees. 58500 only.

They told me that the vehicle will ready on 21. 09 then 23rd then 26th and now today said 28. 09. 15. I am mentaly up set due to the poor management. I had never seen this type of service centre in my life. I never buy any two wheelers from Honda Imperial, Vapi and say to other regarding very poor service. We send the scoter for the servicing at Rahul Motors, Dankaur who is the authorized sub dealer of Prakash Automobiles. We complaint for the starting problem to the dealer. They inspect the scooter and report to us The Ignition Coil and Battery Charger was defective. And they are saying for the charge of the Part Ignition coil and Battery Charger with the amount of Rs. 1800/=. But according to warranty policy is should be covered under warranty. Why we will pay for the Ignition coil. We are requesting to please look in to this matter and suggest for the charge about Ignition coil. It comes under warranty or not. Respected sir as far as elements are concerned my ten promoters and my diesel cost and all was involved in this project which costs around six lakhs. Now from last three months i am following for my payment and promoters continuously abused me and threatening me. All the employees of Square cut did not attended my call and i got the reply from his side as they proudly told to me that i have given cut ( Commission) to high authorities to get this done and nobody will entertain you as i have Handover all the NOC to him. Hi, I have given my Activa for service in Honda Service Centre Badlapur. When it was given the chassis has two dents, which were also mentioned in the job card. But while taking the delivery, it was seen at in one portion on left side the red colour of Activa is totally gone and metal is seen. We argued saying this was not there at the time when given for servicing. But no proper response received. We believe that at the time they were servicing my Activa, some technician must have done something by mistake or whatsoever, by which the body colour went in that particular portion,, but the senior person was not ready to admit this. Above all, the servicing also is not that good, even now there is some noise while driving.

I bought a HONDA DREAM YUGA (MP66MA0921)bike on 10/08/2012 at Agrasen automobiles, Waidhan (M. P). But its mileage never go above 40-42 km/lit. And till now covered up to 5000 km distance. I complained about it during first year of free servicing period and after another two paid servicing time also. They just neglecting it about some other points and just did general servicing and change engine oil, filter etc. So, please solved my problem, because i am totally dissatisfied with bike and its service dealer behavior also.

I have a Activa-i purchased on 5th of November 2013. All other details mentioned above. In the time of purchase your dealer said that it will run minimum 50-55km/hour, but now it is running near about 34-37km/hour and i have also run this in 40-45km/hour with average speed (Economy speed). Now your authorized service center not taking any responsibility to adjust the fuel control. So please need your attention regarding this matter.

I brought my vehicle to service station for its 1st service, the particular advisor was even not capable to listen and he was avoiding me by saying that the vehicle can not service today as its a 1st service. I expect it has been done by same day. After convincing him, he agreed to take the vehicle, after that no call from the dealer staff. I bought Activa Honda in March 2014 and having starter problem from very beginning. I have to click start manually, which is insulting myself. I raised this issue with my wings Honda service center Pune at second free servicing. But they do not do anything other than oil change and washing. After one month again showed it to centre and after three days of followups, i got my Activa. But next morning faced the same starting problem. Now center has sent battery for warranty replacement on 28th of October 2014. I called couple of times, but there is no response yet and I am sure if I do not follow for this, they will never call back. Request you to please look into this and do the needful.Thank you.

I have given activa for second service on28/10/14, it was not done properly, exactly on 31st, self start did not turn up, i was unable to switch off my headlight, then the moment i insert the key the front light started to glow, then on giving my vehicle on 1st of November, then on receiving it on the evening, i found no change or even a pin point of change when compared to the condition of vehicle before service. and in my Activa handle have some problem making sound, but service man and owner are not taking proper attention about my problem. So, i request you to solve my problem. All customer suffers by dealer and service man and also duplicate accessories are gives in vehicle. Many types of problem. My footrest is broken in six month. So, please take proper action.

I bought Honda CBR 150R on 10th October 2014 from Horizon Honda, Ranchi, Jharkhand. The tyre which is given in the bike is of TVS company. When i visited to showroom, i saw MRF tyre was there in other bike. When i asked the manager, he said, both Mrf and Tvs are there in cbr 150. The tyre of tvs is totally plain, no grip, and bike also making very loud sound and it also not running smoothly. I want the tyre should be change or bike should be change with new one. I want to its resolution fast.

Sir, I bought a Honda Activa, it is in warranty. At the time of purchase, its handle have some problem. I have done its first service in July at Thalassery (PeeYem Honda). At that time, I mention this complaint, but they did not solve. After that, I have done second service in October at Panoor (CeeYem Motors). From there, the service manager told me that its fork is bent because of that the handle have that problem. And yesterday, I went to Thalassery service center and told this problem. They told me that its not coming under warranty. So, we want to replace it. When, I complained that all parts were duplicate. You people are spoiling brand Honda, then the manager Sachin assured me that they will replace these parts after 15 days, but now, they are misbehaving with me and are not replacing these parts.I had been cheated by these bad people, but a lot of customer who had a faith in Honda brand. I purchased Honda cb sine from Pragyan Honda (dealer code dl010010). From there, i received the temporary RC of incorrect spelt name is Om Prakash Roy, which is incorrect and i complained about this to the concerned staff, but he did not look into this matter. I showed him the insurance paper and invoice that contain. My correct name's spelling is Omprakash Roy. I have faced many problems, because in my all ID have the spelling of my name is Omprakash Roy. So, solve the matter regarding this, because it looks that i purchased the bike and the company registered it to other's person. In future insurance company also refused to give me the claim, because on RC and insurance paper different spelling of my name is appeared and it looks different persons of same name with little difference.

I purchased Honda cb sine from Pragyan Honda (dealer code dl010010)in the month of September 2014. After two weeks, it's self start is not working. I had complained about it at first service of the bike in showroom. In service center Rajender Honda (selling dealer code is dl010007), the staff only recharge the battery, but after one day again this problem appeared and also sound of horn, light intensity became low. On dated 15th of October 2014, i again complained about this matter at Rajender Honda (selling dealer code dl010007), but he refused to take any action and also did not give any information about that matter.

I purchased Honda cb Unicorn (cbf150ma) on 09/09/2013 in cuddalore showroom (Tamil Nadu). Four free services done by Honda authorised service center. I went for fifth services on 3/10/2014 (9163km), that time they told only 50 ml engine oil is in engine. I told to Honda service supervisor, last four free services done in Honda service center only then, how it possible? They told now refilled the engine oil in engine, you will use to 750km and then any issue. Means i will rectify the issue. After ten days i have a same issue. Engine is very heat at running time. Engine sound is totally changed, have a noise at running time. I have a engine warranty time, kindly close this issue. I do not have proper support from Honda service center. So i need your support only. kindly do the needful.

I paid entire amount by way of cheque for rupees 59,115 axis bank cheque, now after the introduction of cts cheque clearing system bank cheque takes only one day for realization, but your dealer asked me to come on 18/10/2014 for delivery the customer
Service at above said dealer is very poor. kindly advise your dealer to deliver as per the customer requirement.

I purchased aviator one month before. When its tyre got puncture, there was no any proper spanner in tool box provided by you. For emergency work, when i confirmed to dealer he told me that he could not come and did not give me the list of tool kit. Its costs me two to three rounds of vulcanizing mechanic. Is it not shameful for a international company not providing most essential tool kit of a very small amount to avoid physical harassment.
