And they have charged me rupees 80/- for charging the battery as it is new vehicle just compelted four months. It has to be done under warranty. I asked them, but they have rejected. Sir i have bought honda unicorn bike from venkatesvara agencies dharmapuri Tamil Nadu during 2014. Icomplete all the free services and also i maintain my vehicle in good manar. It gives 62 kmpl of petrol and ride with smooth sound. During last month i handover my vehicle to the above service center for regular service. They changed the clutch wire and tension ring while servicing and replace the engine oil including all other small necessary spares. But my vehilcle now gives only 48 to 50 kmpl and runs with noise. Ireported again the service center they also trying to made some corrections, but it ride with same condition. I suffer lot due to this. Hence kindly arrange to make necessary arrangements to set right my vehicle and make it with smooth running please.

I booked unicorn 160 last week in SVM Honda, Ayyanavaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu and told they will deliver in two days, but it is more than a week i got delivered. Also, i paid the full amount while booking. Yesterday i went to showroom to take the bike, but accessories were not installed and no senior person to deliver my bike which shows the lethargic of the management, some of the accessories were missed when we asked it is not included in the list, but the truth is we already payed for it. Moreover, it doesn't looks like a new bike, i can say it is a test ride bike. The bike looks very dull and fade. Please take necessary actions on them and let them deliver a new bike.

Sir, I have bought Honda Cb Shine 125 on 18th March, 2015. I have done my three free services from Leaders Honda service center (KOLKATA), but still I have a engine noise problem. I did not satisfied as they did not service the bike properly. They did not full fill the criteria as mentioned behind the coupon of free service. They just cleaned the vehicle and made some general treatment like lubricant, break adjustment and said "sir your service has done". Also I want to drag your attention that then did not set seat properly. So the result of that the side panel of bike has broken. I have a problem with my six months Honda unicorn bike. The bike starts, but the moment I accelerate the engine stops. In the rainy season, this gets worst. While riding the bike, jump-starts. Hello, I had bought a Honda aviator from pioneer Honda showroom present in Noida sector 63 on Sept 19th 2015. The registration number is UP14CR5793 On November 16th while riding in the middle of the road the bike stopped working. On November 17th i called them. The guy came on the 18th and took my bike, he asked for rupees 250 for pick up and another rupees 250 for auto(the showroom is three km from my house only), so in total rupees 500 and he refused to take the pick till my wife paid this amount. On that evening they called me and said that the bike was ready so my wife went. Here they put a tax on the auto charges, can you believe it tax on the auto, do not know which company does this. This is absolutely disgusting. Now coming to the worst part the very next day on Nov 19th, it has stopped working again, with in one day of they apparently fixing the bike in less than two months of buying the bike. It seems that your dealer is not interested in selling vehicle. We would purchase the vehicle of other brand, but we would like to draw your kind attention that we would publish this issue in social media and to general public about this types of activities. As per our opinion, this types of behavior of your dealer would spoil the brand name of Honda. There are other vehicles of different brands available in the market and we would purchase any one of them, but your top management should consider this types of issues seriously. I have bought New Honda CB shine from pragnya Honda Okhla phase-2 on dated 01-10-2015 first a fall I realized that parts used in bike are not so reliable for example When I refueled petrol of rupees 400 that is half tank the shockers got stucked now there is no space to absorb the shock. When I told one of agency personal he told me all the bikes have same shock absorbers. And not paid any attention towards my complaint. Hi, I have Honda Scooter Activa Model Year 2012. Because of a very small accident it damaged. So I went to Shree Honda Service Centre Rewari (Haryana). They repaired it and charged me Rs. 4700/- for replacement of some parts like chimta (base of steering system) and front mudguard. But after one month I noticed that the problem yet not resolved properly. Now as on 29th September 2015, again I went to the same service center and again they repaired the same part (replaced by them at last time) and wheel base and charged me Rs. -4200/- for the same. But today I noticed that the problem still not resolved properly. If I spent Rs. -9000/- for a single part and still the problem not resolved. Hi, I have given my Activa for service in Honda Service Centre Badlapur. When it was given the chassis has two dents, which were also mentioned in the job card. But while taking the delivery, it was seen at in one portion on left side the red colour of Activa is totally gone and metal is seen. We argued saying this was not there at the time when given for servicing. But no proper response received. We believe that at the time they were servicing my Activa, some technician must have done something by mistake or whatsoever, by which the body colour went in that particular portion,, but the senior person was not ready to admit this. Above all, the servicing also is not that good, even now there is some noise while driving.

I paid entire amount by way of cheque for rupees 59,115 axis bank cheque, now after the introduction of cts cheque clearing system bank cheque takes only one day for realization, but your dealer asked me to come on 18/10/2014 for delivery the customer
Service at above said dealer is very poor. kindly advise your dealer to deliver as per the customer requirement.

I purchased aviator one month before. When its tyre got puncture, there was no any proper spanner in tool box provided by you. For emergency work, when i confirmed to dealer he told me that he could not come and did not give me the list of tool kit. Its costs me two to three rounds of vulcanizing mechanic. Is it not shameful for a international company not providing most essential tool kit of a very small amount to avoid physical harassment.

I am very sadly writing this complaint against honda.
We have booked honda cb twister on 13-02-2014 at kun honda, Chennai with full payment. (kun motorcycles private limited, 33,first main road, kasthuriba Nagar, adyar, Chennai-600020, tin- 33641022944, cst- 774743/24. 10. 2000, area code- 052).
Almost eight month over, 9th month is going on, but still i didn’t get my bike, i don’t know why this much of delay. Regularly i called kun honda, but they are not responding my call. They are spoiling the honda name in Chennai. Most of the people having bad opinion about kun honda.
I am very much hurt about their activity. I am waiting over nine months still not getting any positive words from the dealer. Am writing this of my heart felting moment.

Till today dealer has not completed insurance nor send the file to rto office for registeration, i have requested dealer to do insurance of my vehicle more than 15 time still he is saying he will do within two days.

Dealer is taking insurance and registeration money from customer before delivery of vehicle and using this money for personal use, dealer is giving the delivery of vehicle without insurance and not sending papers for registration at rto, for many of the custormer he has not completed rto registration process more than two months.

This things suffering customer a lot and demotivating to purchase the vehicle from this dealer, reuesting you to please take action as early as possible.

We procured one Honda activa vehicle(TN38AZ6754) thru your dealer prassana Honda who located in coimbatore.And the vehicle is properly maintained and all the service till today are done thru your dealers only.During the warranty time it self we heard one noise from the engine and we highlighted to your dealer during every service time.And every time they replied the problem get corrected.But now the noise get increased and the engine cann't run.We handover the vehicle to your dealer for this issue and they replied that the engine get seized and the service cost will come around Rs.10,000/-.
We are really fedup about honda because all the service are done by your dealers and used in single hand and not run more than 50-60 km/hr then the problem raised means then what we tell.We do not know what to do.We have all the records for servicing the vehicle with your dealer.

I told to dealer if you have vehicle delivered on 16/08/13 because my elder brother's son birthday on that day so dealer committed than I have booked the vehicle in your dealership. After 15 days on 14/08/13 I have again visited in Arora Motors and meet with Mr. Arora then he said if I paid full payment in case then he will be arranged the vehicle for delivery on 16/08/13 . I have paid full amount on case on 14/08/13 and after deposited the amount Mr. Arora said we will be call on 18th or 19th August.

i have purchased honda unicorn in 2011 November and i was am having Regular AMC with PIlOT HONDA mulund now shifted to bhandup, and since many times during service the staff of pilot honda recommend about cleaning engine with some unique oil and other parts to be changed.my unicorn did not start on 29 July so i brought my bike to pilot honda there they recommend me to clean the tank i agreed and after washing i was shocked that the tank is rusted and leacked as i am doing regular checkup of the bike and then how could it happned. its total fault of pilot honda ignorance of care of my bike
