The registration number is UP14CR5793 On November 16th while riding in the middle of the road the bike stopped working. On November 17th i called them. This is absolutely disgusting. Hi, I have given my Activa for service in Honda Service Centre Badlapur. When it was given the chassis has two dents, which were also mentioned in the job card. But while taking the delivery, it was seen at in one portion on left side the red colour of Activa is totally gone and metal is seen. We argued saying this was not there at the time when given for servicing. But no proper response received. We believe that at the time they were servicing my Activa, some technician must have done something by mistake or whatsoever, by which the body colour went in that particular portion,, but the senior person was not ready to admit this. I want to inform you that when my bike goes beyond speed of 50 km/h heavy noise comes from engine and feel vibrating whole bike, i did inquiry to other bike holder they have same case as i feel what should we have to do?
Honda is very prestigious company, but i can not happy with performance So when other person asking for me to review of this bike i am telling him that do not purchase this bike please go through other company.

I am Gokul Krishnan from Chennai. Recently i had booked Honda 250 cbr repsol in 31th of August 2014 at JSP Honda motors showroom at Ambattur. I gave advances booking of Rs 5000 at while booked time. The showroom manager told that cbr 250 repool are available now so we can giving assurances for booking the Cbr 250 repsol it will be take maximum time to reach Chennai in three months. Within three month that we will delivered bike in proper period. So by trusting the showroom manager words I would have booked 250 honda cbr repsol, but now after two months pasted, i would gone to have some doubts about delivery periods, but they would told sorry sir now bike was currently stopped from company so it's doubt of getting bike from Honda company, so you may wait Till November ending are told by the honda showroom manager. Sir now I want bike urgently sir please iam begging you to take this complaint an have to take serious action. With my humble

I have a Activa-i purchased on 5th of November 2013. All other details mentioned above. In the time of purchase your dealer said that it will run minimum 50-55km/hour, but now it is running near about 34-37km/hour and i have also run this in 40-45km/hour with average speed (Economy speed). Now your authorized service center not taking any responsibility to adjust the fuel control. So please need your attention regarding this matter.

I am a loyal customer of your product as per quality of your product, the service given by your dealer and its staff is so pathetic and intolerable. I brought my vehicle to service station for its 1st service, the particular advisor was even not capable to listen and he was avoiding me by saying that the vehicle can not service today as its a 1st service. I expect it has been done by same day. After convincing him, he agreed to take the vehicle, after that no call from the dealer staff. I called them at 5:30 pm for the status of my vehicle, then he said that the showroom was closed and vehicle would be delivered to me tomorrow. I am so much dissatisfied with the service provider of your product as you are a worldwide brand.

I bought Activa Honda in March 2014 and having starter problem from very beginning. I have to click start manually, which is insulting myself. I raised this issue with my wings Honda service center Pune at second free servicing. But they do not do anything other than oil change and washing. After one month again showed it to centre and after three days of followups, i got my Activa. But next morning faced the same starting problem. Now center has sent battery for warranty replacement on 28th of October 2014. I called couple of times, but there is no response yet and I am sure if I do not follow for this, they will never call back. Request you to please look into this and do the needful.Thank you.
