I purchased the Activa (SCV110E) from your respective dealer Prakash Automobile, Gauttam Buddh Nagar on dated 25/10/2014. Frame Number is ME4JF502JE8232998. Reg Number is UP16AY0221. We send the scoter for the servicing at Rahul Motors, Dankaur who is the authorized sub dealer of Prakash Automobiles. We complaint for the starting problem to the dealer. They inspect the scooter and report to us The Ignition Coil and Battery Charger was defective. And they are saying for the charge of the Part Ignition coil and Battery Charger with the amount of Rs. 1800/=. But according to warranty policy is should be covered under warranty. Why we will pay for the Ignition coil. We are requesting to please look in to this matter and suggest for the charge about Ignition coil. It comes under warranty or not. I visited Mithra Motors Pvt Ltd(Viajayawada, Andhrapradesh) i had booked in advance unicorn 150 cc in the month of January, but still they have not given byke to me even i called so many times they said not yet issues bye, it s almost crossed 3months, i have paid 1000/- advance also kindly arrange unicorn 150 cc for me as soon as possible. Who ever booked before me they have got bike why i am not got.
Last three service same problem not cleared(please note problem not repeated), simply oil change and water service only done your end means please tell to customer do not come to HONDA service center, last time i am asked to service manager he simply told same problem occur means come again(i do not know this is way handling of customer?) please don’t miss valuable customer.
My bike has three problems. 1_ engine head oil is leaking problem 2- front and rear tire oblong problem. 3 Company would not given satisfaction surveys on my vehicle.
Deat Team, I had booked Activa 125 in vasa west showroom on 31/03/2014 with deposit amount of Rs5000 ...had multiple follow up with the customer persons in vasai showroom but the response was that they had not got the bikes yet...I really don't understand by this valid reason..Infact there was not single follow with us on this..Infact later booking customers had received the bike but not me..can you escalate this n let me know the valid reason also I would request to return back my amount ASAP Anticipating for your quick response... Your Executive Miss Renu issued me to collect the Rc within month. But i could not get the RC till date. I have several times called to your Executive Miss Renu and visit the showroom. But every time he replied me i will get my RC in few some days. But ultimately could not get my RC till date without RC I could not drive the Vehicle Due to the fear of challan.
