I bought Honda activa het in March 2013 I bought two scooters from same showroom before I went to buy the Honda distributer situated in Lucknow thakur ganj there the manager told me that it will give a mileage of 55km /ltr , but now when I checked it was 35km/ltr so now I went to there service station they did not checked properly and given a road trail using 100ml petrol, but before using 100ml patrol they did not took out the petrol left in carborator before which increased the reading up to two km due to which the milage was not properly checked, but they did listing me.

i have purchased honda unicorn in 2011 November and i was am having Regular AMC with PIlOT HONDA mulund now shifted to bhandup, and since many times during service the staff of pilot honda recommend about cleaning engine with some unique oil and other parts to be changed.my unicorn did not start on 29 July so i brought my bike to pilot honda there they recommend me to clean the tank i agreed and after washing i was shocked that the tank is rusted and leacked as i am doing regular checkup of the bike and then how could it happned. its total fault of pilot honda ignorance of care of my bike

I have purchased a honda CB-Shine two wheeler on 18th July 2013, but it is a matter of regret that, the iron frame connected to the lift side passenger foot step is totally discoloured and some iron rusts are shown in that frame. The concerned Show Room i.e, SGBL Honda situated at Sati Chaura, Cuttack of Odisha State is denied to replace it. Another problem is, some part of the the body is also not free from iron rusts. We procured one Honda activa vehicle(TN38AZ6754) thru your dealer prassana Honda who located in coimbatore.And the vehicle is properly maintained and all the service till today are done thru your dealers only.During the warranty time it self we heard one noise from the engine and we highlighted to your dealer during every service time.And every time they replied the problem get corrected.But now the noise get increased and the engine cann't run.We handover the vehicle to your dealer for this issue and they replied that the engine get seized and the service cost will come around Rs.10,000/-.

Dealer is taking insurance and registeration money from customer before delivery of vehicle and using this money for personal use, dealer is giving the delivery of vehicle without insurance and not sending papers for registration at rto, for many of the custormer he has not completed rto registration process more than two months.

For emergency work, when i confirmed to dealer he told me that he could not come and did not give me the list of tool kit. Its costs me two to three rounds of vulcanizing mechanic. Is it not shameful for a international company not providing most essential tool kit of a very small amount to avoid physical harassment.

I purchased Honda cb Unicorn (cbf150ma) on 09/09/2013 in cuddalore showroom (Tamil Nadu). Four free services done by Honda authorised service center. I went for fifth services on 3/10/2014 (9163km), that time they told only 50 ml engine oil is in engine. I told to Honda service supervisor, last four free services done in Honda service center only then, how it possible? They told now refilled the engine oil in engine, you will use to 750km and then any issue. Means i will rectify the issue. After ten days i have a same issue. Engine is very heat at running time. Engine sound is totally changed, have a noise at running time. I have a engine warranty time, kindly close this issue. I do not have proper support from Honda service center. So i need your support only. kindly do the needful.

I purchased Honda cb sine from Pragyan Honda (dealer code dl010010)in the month of September 2014. After two weeks, it's self start is not working. I had complained about it at first service of the bike in showroom. In service center Rajender Honda (selling dealer code is dl010007), the staff only recharge the battery, but after one day again this problem appeared and also sound of horn, light intensity became low. On dated 15th of October 2014, i again complained about this matter at Rajender Honda (selling dealer code dl010007), but he refused to take any action and also did not give any information about that matter.
I purchased Honda cb sine from Pragyan Honda (dealer code dl010010). From there, i received the temporary RC of incorrect spelt name is Om Prakash Roy, which is incorrect and i complained about this to the concerned staff, but he did not look into this matter. I showed him the insurance paper and invoice that contain. My correct name's spelling is Omprakash Roy. I have faced many problems, because in my all ID have the spelling of my name is Omprakash Roy. So, solve the matter regarding this, because it looks that i purchased the bike and the company registered it to other's person. In future insurance company also refused to give me the claim, because on RC and insurance paper different spelling of my name is appeared and it looks different persons of same name with little difference.

I bought Honda CBR 150R on 10th October 2014 from Horizon Honda, Ranchi, Jharkhand. The tyre which is given in the bike is of TVS company. When i visited to showroom, i saw MRF tyre was there in other bike. When i asked the manager, he said, both Mrf and Tvs are there in cbr 150. The tyre of tvs is totally plain, no grip, and bike also making very loud sound and it also not running smoothly. I want the tyre should be change or bike should be change with new one. I want to its resolution fast.

I have given activa for second service on28/10/14, it was not done properly, exactly on 31st, self start did not turn up, i was unable to switch off my headlight, then the moment i insert the key the front light started to glow, then on giving my vehicle on 1st of November, then on receiving it on the evening, i found no change or even a pin point of change when compared to the condition of vehicle before service. Recently I bought Honda Shine in Hosur Honda Show Room (Keerthi Honda)Before goingto buy the vehicale i had good opinion about honda vehicales latter only i came to know vehicale engine condition is too worst than what i expected and also here service is too worst rather than vehicale. I have booked the Activa 125 black colour with disc brack in Gujarat in Mehsan from direct dealer of Hitech Honda. But still not received any information from four months we waited.
I bought Activa Honda in March 2014 and having starter problem from very beginning. I have to click start manually, which is insulting myself. I raised this issue with my wings Honda service center Pune at second free servicing. But they do not do anything other than oil change and washing. After one month again showed it to centre and after three days of followups, i got my Activa. But next morning faced the same starting problem. Now center has sent battery for warranty replacement on 28th of October 2014. I called couple of times, but there is no response yet and I am sure if I do not follow for this, they will never call back. Request you to please look into this and do the needful.Thank you.
I am a loyal customer of your product as per quality of your product, the service given by your dealer and its staff is so pathetic and intolerable. I brought my vehicle to service station for its 1st service, the particular advisor was even not capable to listen and he was avoiding me by saying that the vehicle can not service today as its a 1st service. I expect it has been done by same day. After convincing him, he agreed to take the vehicle, after that no call from the dealer staff. I called them at 5:30 pm for the status of my vehicle, then he said that the showroom was closed and vehicle would be delivered to me tomorrow. I am so much dissatisfied with the service provider of your product as you are a worldwide brand.
I have a Activa-i purchased on 5th of November 2013. All other details mentioned above. In the time of purchase your dealer said that it will run minimum 50-55km/hour, but now it is running near about 34-37km/hour and i have also run this in 40-45km/hour with average speed (Economy speed). Now your authorized service center not taking any responsibility to adjust the fuel control. So please need your attention regarding this matter.

I am Gokul Krishnan from Chennai. Recently i had booked Honda 250 cbr repsol in 31th of August 2014 at JSP Honda motors showroom at Ambattur. I gave advances booking of Rs 5000 at while booked time. The showroom manager told that cbr 250 repool are available now so we can giving assurances for booking the Cbr 250 repsol it will be take maximum time to reach Chennai in three months. Within three month that we will delivered bike in proper period. So by trusting the showroom manager words I would have booked 250 honda cbr repsol, but now after two months pasted, i would gone to have some doubts about delivery periods, but they would told sorry sir now bike was currently stopped from company so it's doubt of getting bike from Honda company, so you may wait Till November ending are told by the honda showroom manager. I bought a HONDA DREAM YUGA (MP66MA0921)bike on 10/08/2012 at Agrasen automobiles, Waidhan (M. P). But its mileage never go above 40-42 km/lit. And till now covered up to 5000 km distance. I complained about it during first year of free servicing period and after another two paid servicing time also. They just neglecting it about some other points and just did general servicing and change engine oil, filter etc. So, please solved my problem, because i am totally dissatisfied with bike and its service dealer behavior also.
