From the beginning the battery is not working properly. M/s. AUTO WORLD recharge the battery on complaint two time. Now the company engineer told me to change the battery. They said that guarantee of the battery is One year So now please tell me the truth of the Battery Guarantee period. What should I do now.

we have purchase scooty Activa 125 and we are facing many problem
(1) Silencer is not available in my activa125 at side indicator
(2) Average is given 35
(3) head Light and mirror problem. (4) Scooty get stop when we start it. (5) Filter get damage and replace air filter. But scooty under warrant. We paid full charge pay of that filter

We already complain at service time, but no any response. No improvement till now. Already three service has done. Please solve above problem.

Warranty and bill regarding issue. Honda dealer the parts which is under warranty(brake wire, rear shoe, self start switch) vehicle reading is 6200km they replaced the part on paid basis and after that bill was not provided and said we have to pay extra cahrges for the bill and also their behaviour was very rude and we took the vehicle insurance on date 20/5/2016, but the policy not provided till date vehicle details activa 125cc registration No. Hp19c6970 owner name-surinder kumar.

I have purchased my Honda Dio KA19ES1279 four months back from Kanchana Honda, suddenly i got starting trouble, so i kept it in Palguni Motors Authorized service center under Matrix Auto Corporation Gurupura Kaikamaba Mangalor dealer code ka020002. And they have charged me rupees 80/- for charging the battery as it is new vehicle just compelted four months. It has to be done under warranty. I asked them, but they have rejected. In the insstial am facing problem and they are charging. They have instructed to take the vehicle to kanchana Honda their only i can claim warranty, but Phalguni is nearest service center to me.

I have one complaint of told " clutch noice and no runing on above 40 km speed"to this service centre an every free service. But the service have no response to my complaint. Dear sir
A terrible accident happened with my Honda aviator (HR 49- B-5385) which I had purchased from the show room of Sector eight Panchkula (Haryana) in 2009. My daughter after having a round in sect 20 market parked it in Chinar apartment society after switching off the same and went to residence, all of a sudden it got fire with flames within five to ten minutes. It not only damaged it self, but affected my bike fazer and a near by Honda city Car.

20 days back my bike met with accident then i given my bike)number AP29BP0502) to AADI shiw room L. B Nagar and they given three contact numbers 9397999405/310/315 and one landline number 040-30279300 to contact bike repair staus, but in last 20 days only one day they attended call after that no one picking the calls. Same thing happen to my friend who given to service his bike

Sir i have bought honda unicorn bike from venkatesvara agencies dharmapuri Tamil Nadu during 2014. Icomplete all the free services and also i maintain my vehicle in good manar. It gives 62 kmpl of petrol and ride with smooth sound. During last month i handover my vehicle to the above service center for regular service. They changed the clutch wire and tension ring while servicing and replace the engine oil including all other small necessary spares. But my vehilcle now gives only 48 to 50 kmpl and runs with noise. Ireported again the service center they also trying to made some corrections, but it ride with same condition. I suffer lot due to this. Hence kindly arrange to make necessary arrangements to set right my vehicle and make it with smooth running please.

My name is Parameswaran. T. K. I am a Honda dream yuga bike owner. On 16. 10. 2014 I purchased a new Honda Dream Yuga bike from Moovattupuzha honda showroom. Dealers name is EVM Honda. My bikes register No is KL17 M 2302. After 17000 km the crank bearing got damaged. After 24000 km its cylinder piston got damaged. On 4. 2. 2016 I gave it for service. Later, on 22. 02. 2016 they called me. I had a lot of financial loss within this time. Only after 24000 km it was damaged twice. I didn't expect such a result from such a reputed company like honda. I am not satisfied by this bike. All the services was done on time. So, I want my money back or a new bike. I booked unicorn 160 last week in SVM Honda, Ayyanavaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu and told they will deliver in two days, but it is more than a week i got delivered. Also, i paid the full amount while booking. Yesterday i went to showroom to take the bike, but accessories were not installed and no senior person to deliver my bike which shows the lethargic of the management, some of the accessories were missed when we asked it is not included in the list, but the truth is we already payed for it. Moreover, it doesn't looks like a new bike, i can say it is a test ride bike. The bike looks very dull and fade. Please take necessary actions on them and let them deliver a new bike.

Sir, I have bought Honda Cb Shine 125 on 18th March, 2015. I have done my three free services from Leaders Honda service center (KOLKATA), but still I have a engine noise problem. I did not satisfied as they did not service the bike properly. They did not full fill the criteria as mentioned behind the coupon of free service. They just cleaned the vehicle and made some general treatment like lubricant, break adjustment and said "sir your service has done". Also I want to drag your attention that then did not set seat properly. So the result of that the side panel of bike has broken. I have a problem with my six months Honda unicorn bike. The bike starts, but the moment I accelerate the engine stops. In the rainy season, this gets worst. While riding the bike, jump-starts. The service center does not seem to have an answer to the problem. I have tried changing the spark plug, cleaning the tank, cleaning the carburetor, and Air filter. Nothing seams to work. Hello, I had bought a Honda aviator from pioneer Honda showroom present in Noida sector 63 on Sept 19th 2015. The registration number is UP14CR5793 On November 16th while riding in the middle of the road the bike stopped working. On November 17th i called them. The guy came on the 18th and took my bike, he asked for rupees 250 for pick up and another rupees 250 for auto(the showroom is three km from my house only), so in total rupees 500 and he refused to take the pick till my wife paid this amount. On that evening they called me and said that the bike was ready so my wife went. Here they put a tax on the auto charges, can you believe it tax on the auto, do not know which company does this. This is absolutely disgusting. Now coming to the worst part the very next day on Nov 19th, it has stopped working again, with in one day of they apparently fixing the bike in less than two months of buying the bike. With regards to our complaint of dealer of Honda show room at Anjar - Kutch vide complaint No. Q324458, we have not received a proper response till now. It seems that your dealer is not interested in selling vehicle. We would purchase the vehicle of other brand, but we would like to draw your kind attention that we would publish this issue in social media and to general public about this types of activities. As per our opinion, this types of behavior of your dealer would spoil the brand name of Honda. There are other vehicles of different brands available in the market and we would purchase any one of them, but your top management should consider this types of issues seriously. They had stock to sell the vehicle with accessories, but do not have stock to sell the vehicle without accessories. We cant understand the same.

I have bought New Honda CB shine from pragnya Honda Okhla phase-2 on dated 01-10-2015 first a fall I realized that parts used in bike are not so reliable for example When I refueled petrol of rupees 400 that is half tank the shockers got stucked now there is no space to absorb the shock. When I told one of agency personal he told me all the bikes have same shock absorbers. And not paid any attention towards my complaint. Hi, I have Honda Scooter Activa Model Year 2012. Because of a very small accident it damaged. So I went to Shree Honda Service Centre Rewari (Haryana). They repaired it and charged me Rs. 4700/- for replacement of some parts like chimta (base of steering system) and front mudguard. But after one month I noticed that the problem yet not resolved properly. Now as on 29th September 2015, again I went to the same service center and again they repaired the same part (replaced by them at last time) and wheel base and charged me Rs. -4200/- for the same. But today I noticed that the problem still not resolved properly. If I spent Rs. -9000/- for a single part and still the problem not resolved. I took honda activa 3g on 11th August, 2015 from Raghuvanshi Honda, Navsari, Gujarat and facing many problems since first day regarding its cell start. Its not even kick start many times. Its head light gets off frequently, side signal and horn are also not working properly. Average is also very low. For these problems I sent it three times to service center, but they are not clearly telling me problem neither able to rectify it permanently. Today again i told them to pick it up and give me replacement, but they are saying that we will first check and reply. How many time I have to send my bike there and should face the problem mid of the way or mainly during night journey? Either company should give em replacement or refund my amount which i paid in cash. Need urgent reply or will file complaint in consumer forum.

I am J. N. S. L. K. KUMARI. Iwentto hondashowroom(naga sai) in machilipatnam and ask them that i want activa 3g 110cc price and they told it is rupees. 6400 750(5 years warranty). Iaskthem i want it without accessories. They said they will not give the bike without accessories. Then i make call to customercare and ask showroom person to talk with customercare. He talk with customer care person and agree with him to give it for rupees. 5800 after 15 minutes he said hecan not give it. So i again consult the customer care person. He advised me to send another person and book the bike and send the receipt and he will make to give bike it for rupees. 58500. I book the bike on 15/9/2015 by paying rupees. 1000 with name J. N. S. L. K. KUMARI. Now NAGASAI HONDA SHOWROOM person call us and said that bike will delivered within two days and you have to pay 65000forit. But I want bike without accessories for rupees. 58500 only.

I was put my activa GJ 15 AJ 4833 for repairing at Honda Imperial, Vapi (GUJarat) on 14. 09. 15 in the morning. They told me that the vehicle will ready on 21. 09 then 23rd then 26th and now today said 28. 09. 15. I am mentaly up set due to the poor management. I had never seen this type of service centre in my life. I never buy any two wheelers from Honda Imperial, Vapi and say to other regarding very poor service. I am going to put case in consumer foram and published in local news paper too. Hoping, company will take necessary action against the delar.

I bought Honda shine 0n 14-4-2015 in Chennai, vehicle no tn19r0228. From the day onwards engine getting very very hot and petrol tank also very hot, all petrol are drying, unable to keep the leg even in the pedal also till now no response from any body, now the vehicle is in Balaji Automoyiveno 191/74 prakasam salai, broadway 108pl do the need ful or attend the complaint or give a new vehicle. 100% bad and worst service. I purchased the Activa (SCV110E) from your respective dealer Prakash Automobile, Gauttam Buddh Nagar on dated 25/10/2014. Frame Number is ME4JF502JE8232998. Reg Number is UP16AY0221. We send the scoter for the servicing at Rahul Motors, Dankaur who is the authorized sub dealer of Prakash Automobiles. We complaint for the starting problem to the dealer. They inspect the scooter and report to us The Ignition Coil and Battery Charger was defective. And they are saying for the charge of the Part Ignition coil and Battery Charger with the amount of Rs. 1800/=. But according to warranty policy is should be covered under warranty. Why we will pay for the Ignition coil. We are requesting to please look in to this matter and suggest for the charge about Ignition coil. It comes under warranty or not. I visited Mithra Motors Pvt Ltd(Viajayawada, Andhrapradesh) i had booked in advance unicorn 150 cc in the month of January, but still they have not given byke to me even i called so many times they said not yet issues bye, it s almost crossed 3months, i have paid 1000/- advance also kindly arrange unicorn 150 cc for me as soon as possible. Who ever booked before me they have got bike why i am not got.

Last three service same problem not cleared(please note problem not repeated), simply oil change and water service only done your end means please tell to customer do not come to HONDA service center, last time i am asked to service manager he simply told same problem occur means come again(i do not know this is way handling of customer?) please don’t miss valuable customer.

Deat Team, I had booked Activa 125 in vasa west showroom on 31/03/2014 with deposit amount of Rs5000 ...had multiple follow up with the customer persons in vasai showroom but the response was that they had not got the bikes yet...I really don't understand by this valid reason..Infact there was not single follow with us on this..Infact later booking customers had received the bike but not me..can you escalate this n let me know the valid reason also I would request to return back my amount ASAP Anticipating for your quick response... My complaint is to Marketing Manager Two Wheelers India as i am running my Event agency in Punjab and i was involved in Canter activity where five canters was involved to advertise Honda Dream Neo And Honda Dream Yuga to promote in Rural Area. I got the project from Square cut Solutions based at Delhi Where Mr Mukul And Mr Atul from Honda taking care of this Activity. Respected sir as far as elements are concerned my ten promoters and my diesel cost and all was involved in this project which costs around six lakhs. Now from last three months i am following for my payment and promoters continuously abused me and threatening me. All the employees of Square cut did not attended my call and i got the reply from his side as they proudly told to me that i have given cut ( Commission) to high authorities to get this done and nobody will entertain you as i have Handover all the NOC to him. Sir your employees reputation become on the stake and if anything get registered i will also do same. Kindly.

I am from Rajsthan and just transferred to Chennai and wanted to purchase a honda activa on cash. I went to Honda Activa Showrrom AT padi (JSK Honda) with proofs like rental agreement, Licence from Rajastahn, HR letter from company where working in Chennai and pancard. But then also manager is asking for affidavit (700 rs). Why it is like that. Though i am giving four proofs including rental agreement. Please solve the problem. Why to give affidavit.
