Sir, I have given my Honda Activa for servicing dated 23/11/15 morning around 10. 00 a. M. At Atul Honda Service Centre in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. I was conveyed that there was some problem in engine and they want to open engine. For this we agreed, but they are demanding an advance money of Rs. 2000-3000 before starting of work. This is utter enforcement to deposit advance money. Even though we are regularly servicing our vehicle and making payment as they demand. Also, the staff is not giving any contact to the senior person Mr. Vishal Pande. Also not ready to give any written demand. Also when talked to senior Service Manager, he did not entertain me. My complaint is why they are demanding advance deposit for the work. Is this the company's policy? Unnecessary harassment and delay in work.

I purchase Activa 125 CC last year(22. 10. 2014) and even not in a year its meter (sensor) is not working (more than almost 45 days) while i approached the service centre )last month 6. 09. 2014) they said its sensor fault and to be replaced and they will arrange it after one and half month while i approached them about the sensor yesterday they told me that sensor is arranged and it will cost Rs. 1635/- is it right that i have to pay for that while it was faulty before the warranty period. I was to buy two two wheelers and as i am using Activa for the last 11 years, i directly went to GRAND ACTIVA (Honda Show Room in Raipur), but i was really surprised by the policy of the show room. NO ACCESSORIES, NO SCOOTER ? - How ridiculous ? Rs. 4900 additional for accessories which i do not require. I had a talk with the Sales Manager as well and she gave the option - if you buy with accessories, you will get the delivery immediately otherwise book the activa by depositing Rs. 1000 and we will try to deliver the product in 10-15 days. I stepped out the show room and became a new customer of SUZUKI ACCESS and very hopeful of diverting another 50-100 customers from Honda Activa to Suzuki Access. Honda Activa may be the best in his own, but other options are also available in the market. I wanted to have Activa, but thanks to the policies of the company / showroom for giving a chance to go to SUZUKI and trying a new product.

I have bought my àctiva 3g on 16th Feb 2015, by default its side stand was too loose, its body part was open, head part(steel accessory). When I have informed this to Honda service center on my first service. They said we cannot repair this as this has come from company. He replied extra charge would be there if you want the replacement. Today on my 3rd service the service was not at all satisfactory. Side glass And on speedometer was not the same the way I have given to them before service. And wen I complaint they are saying bull shit reasons)due to sun heat this has happened). This is what you are providing the service to your customer. Service center is in Ahmedabad, near airport road. I want you to take action as soon as possible. And I want my àctiva to be same as before. .
Does purchasing accessories along with byke is really necessary.If purchased why the steel guards surrounds the vehicle got rusted easily in no time, when they are genuine parts of honda. More over they do not have any Genuine authorisation stamp of honda. In this way Both honda and its dealers were doing fraud and looting the customers by making us to buy these three rd class items forcibly in Hyderabad(Dealers:Harmoney, JSP, .). I request the concerned authorities to look upon this and take necessary action on both Honda and its dealers.
I purchased Honda Activa from M/S Laxmi Motors, Vadasery, Nagercoil, Tamilnadu. The service offered by them is very worst. They are not delivering the vehicle at the assured time after service. There is also no proper response for the expected delivery time. I have experienced this many number of times. They may be advised suitably to retain your customer base.

I have visited so many times to here local service center M/s Sandeep auto for servicing. But every time they are taking around a full day for general service. Yesterday i have visit at 11-00 a. M. And request them for service early, but they took two and half hours and after wards my problem was also not fixed. My activa's side stand was loose which i found it was not fixed by them after taking so much time. In this time they have washed it only. It was my third free service. I am regular customer of your company from last ten yrs. Product is very good, but service is worst from the beginning of your company. More over your service manager Mr. Vijay is always favoring of Sandeep Auto and taking care or listen customers. I wrote this complaint to you to aware you ground reality that if you will not improve your service you will loose customer.

I have purchased Honda Activa one year back. First six months everything was fine, but now a days vehicle is giving unpleasant sound and also getting skid / slip while taking turn even at very slow speed. Firing is also not like Honda brand. I am now worried while driving this vehicle. Shock absorbers not working well and giving sound. All these problems were mentioned while in third service, but of no use.

I gave my Activa MP-41-MG-2840 for repairing and servicing on 06.11.2014 to KATHED AUTOMOBILES UJJAIN M. P. After an accidental issue. Your dealer assured me to give my Activa back with in five to six days after proper repairing and servicing. After following several times on phone and two times personal visit, my vehicle is delivered on 21.11.2014. Manager Mr. Tiwari did not pick up a single call during this period, even after calling him on his mobile number After receiving my vehicle, I found that Mudguard Guard is missing after servicing at your centre and the balance of handlehas not been set properly. On turning left hand side the handle touches its chases. It is happening when your dealer replaced theCHIMTA of my vehicle. Is it possible that after fitting NEW CHIMTA, the handle is touching the chases of the activa. It reflects that the CHIMTA has not been replaced with new one, even after charging for the NEW CHIMTA. It reflects your honesty with your customer.

I have a complaint about Activa 125. In this scooty, features are too old. I want Honda Company Executive and Engineers to see TVS jupiter features in meter. In meter console number passing light option and main stand is more better in TVS Jupiter in comparison of Honda Activa 125. I hope your company do needful and change for betterment of Scooty. Recently on 31. 10. 14, I gave my activa for servicing, , due to noise created by friction. At Sharayu honda, Panvel. After checking they found that the bush need to be replaced. This item is not covered in extended warranty. When receiving it was found that the mudguards wete not properly cleaned, and also not lubricated. This was a paid service, and was not expected. When complained again, the vehicle was washed,, but not lubricated. Again I had to point out that it was not greased and lubricated. This time they got it greased, , but did not lubricate. Then why are they charging Rs. 276/-. When I asked for the replaced part, they said it was not found,, but again I had to insist and they got me the bush, problem still exists, I. E. There is a noise when the road is not plain. Totally I was charged Rs. 600/-. For nothing. Sharayu honda has made it a point, whenever people go for servicing, they are more interested in selling their products and not interested in servicing. PLEASE CLARIFY.
I have purchased one Honda Activa from Gugnani Honda Bhubaneswar, Odisha on date 06.07.2013. I have completed my all services at Tez honda Jaipur Road, Odisha. After 45 days from the date of purchase feel that the self-starting button is not working properly from the second service "27.10.2013" to till date "31.10.2014" the same problem is going on. Each and every servicing time "3 times" and 03 numbers complain service time regarding the self-starting problem is not yet rectified. Each and every service time they are charging the battery. Now they are telling RS 120 is required for a new battery. I asked in service in charge to rectify the issue permanently. Sorry to say that he was unable to diagnosis, what is the actual problem? I request you to please take hard and fast action to solve the issue to avoid bad reputation of your Honda Company and try to maintain good faith and confidence of customers, if my problem will not be solved till 15.11.2014. I shall take the help of consumer court.
I bought Honda Activa from Shivam Automobiles Puri on 3.4.2014. That time, They promised me that it will give 60km/liter average. But after even my third service, i have never seen showing more than 30km/liter. Will you take necessary steps to check? Otherwise I will be forced to take up my case to consumer court. You may replace my scooty with new one, which will show me 60km/liter.
I have purchased New Honda Activa on 14th of September 2014 from Regent Honda, Faridabad. While purchasing I was asked to purchase the accessories, but I have chosen to buy them from local market. However, while getting them fitted from local shop in front of me the mechanic has showed me (without touching) that the "cracked nut" was already stuck in the hole where side guard used to fit (near foot rest) and I am sure that no one has touched and tried to fit the guard bidding. It can harm the paint and can be taken out only through welding machine. When taken back to showroom and showed to same sales guy in Regent (Ayub Khan), he clearly denied the fact and was not ready to listen anything, but started blaming me. This was quite disappointing behavior from a customer point of view who has recently purchased the Activa and within one month guys are behaving like this. Such an irresponsible behavior of that guy and it is the reason of why I have to comment publicly for this kind of service.
I purchased a Honda Activa-i on 21st of November 2013. I have taken free services from your authorized service center. Honda's showroom saying it will be providing minimum 45 to 50 kilometer mileage, but it is giving average 32 to 37mileage in economic speed. I asked in service center to increase mileage, but they are not able to do. Please need your attention regarding this matter. Thanks in advance.
The service centre at Bariatu, Ms. Cn Honda is providing worst service. Even after washing the vehicle, mud stains are visible further they never polish the vehicle after servicing.
I recently had an insurance claim, but the quality of work done was far beyond average my one months old activa 125 looks as if its years old, they do not even have their own painter, the painting work is outsourced to some local vendor whose quality and finishing is very bad.
Kindly look into the matter as it is a sheer cheat to the consumers.
