Respected Sir, I had purchased a activa from Shri Ganpati Honda Varanasi. Sir there is some noise in the gear box it is making noise. I told the problem to the service center they put some more oil in the gear box and told me that after some time the noise is gone out, but in spite that it is making noise. Sir, I I vijay Narayan singh previously inform you about the problem in the gear box after complain g in the customer care, on dt. 27.7.13 according to them they had changed the pinion and bearing of the gear box, but still it is making some noise I am not satisfied by their work done. I had got so much mental stress about that. I have no way to resolve my problem only one way I had is the consumer court if the noise of the gear box is not gone out. I am forced to file a application against you about my problem.

I have purchased Activa on 15th Jul'13, but self not working due to the battery not getting charged.
Fahrenheit Honda in Faridabad Sector-27 A not able to find-out the point of error.
after complaint they have charges battery on 27th July, but again gone down on 29th July due to low battery self start not in working.
The average running is 10-15KM per day.
Pls. look in to the matter. the people concern is not able to find-out the problem and diverting that battery may be faulty whereas battery not getting auto charge on running.
Having such fault in new Activa is very up-setting.

i bought honda activa in d month of dec12 from pragnya and from the day one its fuel qty.indicator is behaving erratically. on my 1st free service matter was reported and the action taken by mechanic was,he took out the and bent its rod, but the still persisted.on my 2nd service again it was reported, but rectification same,nd problem remained.on my 3rd visit again same thin repeated.now scene is such it is stuck at full irrespective of fuel in the tank. everytime i have two remember and calculate how many kms i have travelled to prevent cavitation.the dealer has very clearly refused two replaced it.

Then I call today to workshop they told me that we are unable to find out your detail, but you came with RC we change the same. I would like to explain you my bad experience with SAI POINT AUTOMOBILES PVT.LTD Mira Road (E). I had booked the Honda Activa on 25th May 2013.
By paying an initial booking amount of Rs.1000/-. They had told me that they will call me after 40 days for full payment and, on full payment, I would get the vehicle within the next 20 days. I have not received any call from them till August 05th 2013. So I went back to the showroom on 11th August 2013 to check on the status of my booking. They have told me that they have closed all final payments till August 20th and that I will not get a vehicle till October 2013. I wanted my vehicle on 09th September and I was ready to pay the full amount that day. I have argued with them and have cancelled the booking.

Each customer is very important. Negative reviews about your company will have a very damaging effect on your reputation and I am sure you would want to avoid it especially in this market.

I bought a honda activa on 23/05/2011 from Akansha autowheels moradabad,engine no.jc44E13149980 model scv11 ,frame no.ME4jc448DB8204149.From the very 1st day the average is very poor 15-20 km which I complaint you in waranty period and as per your call I went to your dealer, but after the so many services average is same as before.
I am really surprised about the brand honda which is known for the quality one can buy honda products without any confusion, but what is happening are you not aware about your complaints .
Expecting a prompt response with a suitable action on this issue of dissatisfation of a consumer who spent big amount buying your product.

I had submitted my Activa Honda number HR-36-R/8912 in Shree Honda Rewari after accicdent on 09.08.13.I was assured that your vhicle will be delivered within two to three days.On 12.08.13 I took estimate of repair from above said dealer and completed my insurance formalities.after that i was again assures that your vehicle will be delievered within two days,but vain.again i requested the dealer to deliver my vehicle as soon as possible and again i got assurance for 21.08.13, but as usual vain.Iagain contact then I was assured that on 22.08.13 at 10.00am,u will get the repair amount bill telephonically and after that 3.00p.m. vehicle will be delivered.But as usual no phone call. I personally contact the showroom on 21.08.13 at 2.30p.m, but no one was available to answer me. after some time Mr.Rakesh got my address and assured me that you will got telephone message before 3.00p.m for repair bill amount and vehicle will be delivered by evening 5.00 p.m.Again no phone call and no vehicle till 22.8.

I have booked active on 15th June from UlhasNagar Honda dealer. Executive rakhee told me that waiting period is 75days. Hence I waited till today and now they are saying that Honda is not accepting payment hence I need to wait and they are not sure about how much time I should wait.
Please confirm the same and also why consumer wait for 75 days and then hear this reason. You can stop new bookings, but should clear old one asap.

To Book a new Activa scooter of Honda Motors Ltd, we had visited its local dealer whose details are as under : Anal honda, supe There, we met its representative who gave us a Honda Activa's Price List in which following charges are also mentioned and the dealer told that these two items are compulsorily to be taken by the customer and to be paid fully whiile purchasing the New Honda Activa Scooter from it. rupees For Standard Accessories rupees 410 For Extended Warranty of one more year after two years warranty given by the manufacturer. We are shocked to find such compulsory purchase of additional accessories and ex. warranty for the 3rd year ( of one year duration ). On calling the Honda service center they did faithfully send a staff to see what was wrong. It happened that my carburetor needed cleaning. After all the work being done I was asked to pay an amount of 150 INR for the labor charge. I have opted for the Extended Warranty Honda Shield for Scooter which does say that carburetor is one of the parts covered in the warranty. Having spoken about this to the authority in-charge in the service center said he would not be able to do anything for that and labor charge was must. Is that fair enough? Why did I spend money for the extended warranty then? Whats the point when your services are not up-to the standard? (Manufacture warranty expires on 19/11/2014 Extended warranty expires on 19/11/2017)

company might be appointed for his mark listed talents,but has not seen his behavior with costumer one who lives vehicle for service.
1.Very poor talk with costumer.
2.His behaviors impresses costumer that "he is the boss of the company".(monarchism)
3.Not able to solve the vehicle complaint after the services.
4.Who gave him the power to degrade Honda costumers / consumer rights.
5.Not able keep control over washing boys.
If your company keeps this guy on that post defensively company will get very bad fame and name which is gaining without knowingly and loose the business also without any good reason.

I am thinking to replace my Activa with new one, but surprised to understand the Black marketing by your authorized dealer.
1. HDFC loan is compulsory with some ridiculous terms and is officially supported by joint marketing venture between HDFC and Honda.
2. Accessories are compulsory according to the Honda policy.
So, as a loyal customer of Honda, I have to pay almost 22 - 25 % extra based on MRP.
This dose't sound logical and acceptable when there is so much comparable availability in the market.
I have very simple question: Is the HONDA itself is involved this kind of Unethical and unlawful business ?
To the best of my understanding Honda is No.1 renowned and Successful Global brand.
I have planed to bought new scooter on auspicious day of Dasera

When i personally saw the carburator, it was damaged. How is it possible? We are Government servant, we leave vehicle for servicing on faith of agency. We do not get so much time to stay with the vehicle during servicing. Definitely somebody have changed the part of my vehicle.I in this last yrs, ony changed engine oil and did sevvicing in this agency. Pleas take some strong action and give me justice.

1, surround the engine are dirty and un touched for a long period even spider make net on it
2, engine oil is black and sticky
3, secondary filter un cleaned and dirty
4, spark plug too darken with carbon
even at all service centre staff admits any thing and they says that that all happen due three to four km that i driven after service

if these type of services are availed in Honda service centres how customers can avails warranty and quality of Honda products ?

This is regarding my vehicle No RJ-19-HS-2795. It was sent for servicing to M/s Arora Motors, Jodhpur (Dealer Code: RJ020001).
Two services of the same has been done, but the problems are still as it is. Though it was once again sent to them after two services to meet out the problems, but nothing good was done in these matters.
The average of the vehicle is still (30 KmPL) very less. The rear wheel have problem regarding movement. No fruitful result has yet been delivered from your dealer.

I have got ACTIVA I on last two weeks before for my wife while driving in saree it will touch on silencer then four sarees are pasted on silencer there is small gaurd, but its not enough, silencer bend is visible in right side footrest, while keeping leg in road saree gottouched and meltted for over heat and there unsafety while parking kids will touch easily

My honda activa is frequently facing problem. The auto starter is not working, The kicking handle is also locked. I have purchased the activa on. I have reported to the sree dev hondakanker khera. Meeerut show room, They advice me for servicing. I have also done the servicing today ie. On. They are checking the battery, They have taken away the battery and inform me for the next day. I reach back home with my activa without having battery. In the evening, When i want to start the activa, Again it was lock at kicking handle. Now i do not have the battery and do not have the kicking option. How i will over come this problem i do not know. Please take necessary action to make the activa in working condition.

At initial we did not notice the mileage of the bike,later we found that there is petrol leakeage while driving. I got my Honda Activa serviced at Sahil Honda Jabalpur(MP)on 13/10/2014 receipt number 6219 dated 14/10/2014. I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my vehicle. The front guard is dented and scratched badly at the service center. When i complained about the damage, first i was given excuse that it was already damaged, but when i told them why it could not be that way, i was told that you take claim from insurance. This is not acceptable and not expected from a authorised Honda service center. I request you to take necessary action to resolve the issue. Also,take strict action against the dealer to avoid bad reputation to your company and maintain faith and confidence of customers in authorised service center.

The service centre at Bariatu, Ms. Cn Honda is providing worst service. Even after washing the vehicle, mud stains are visible further they never polish the vehicle after servicing.
I recently had an insurance claim, but the quality of work done was far beyond average my one months old activa 125 looks as if its years old, they do not even have their own painter, the painting work is outsourced to some local vendor whose quality and finishing is very bad.
Kindly look into the matter as it is a sheer cheat to the consumers.

Honda's showroom saying it will be providing minimum 45 to 50 kilometer mileage, but it is giving average 32 to 37mileage in economic speed.
