Honda Activa Plate number is MH-49 K3604 Nagpur City Maharashtra, the vehicle is purchased two year back and since then the regular services is done at M/s Mauli Motors Dighori Naka, Umred Road, Nagpur. There is regular complaint of Head Light not working, Everytime we are giving scooter we are charged hefty amount for repairiing HeadLamp citing different reasons. On dt. 26/11/16 we were told that Head Light Bulb and wiring has been repaired thus charged total 1069/-. Rs. Within two days the Headlight turned off after sending the vehicle again we were told to replace rectifier and again the charges is Rs. 629/-.

We approached the service centre repeatedly and on first two occasions, were duped with some temporary workaround which was unsuccessful. On forceful followup (4-5 times) they told us that the start motor is faulty and needs to be replaced. They requested for a ten day window and it has already been almost a month since. We have been following up with the showroom officials, but have been disheartened and cheated every time. It's abysmal to face something like this on your new purchase and questions our faith in the brand and choice of vehicle. It's expected that serious actions are taken and the issues is attended to at the earliest. Hope you understand the inconvenience caused and loss incurred by us.

I have taken AMC of scooter from this centre. 7th March they have changed ball bearing of rear wheel alng with oil seals. That time i told them to change the other seals as my scooter is five years old. Today during service ther informed that Oil seal of rear wheel of clutch plate is again leaking that should be replaced, you have to pay labour charges of rupees 350. 00 my only question is why it had not been changed in March. I purchased Honda Activa HET in May 2013 at Nagarjuna Honda, Warangal, Telanagana State. From day one the vehicle had a problem with its belt it seems. While driving there is a friction and some sound under the seat giving us some uncomfortable feeling. When complained they said it will go in few days. Later months passed and years. On every visit to the service center I brought it to their notice, but was never cleared. Now they say that I have to change that belt. I fail to understand why they did not change it initially when I complained. Even the mileage is also not satisfactory compared to what they said while purchasing. Its been a year when i have following this issue with the Absolute Show room staff, but not got the Positive Responce. I am not able to understand what is mine fault is that bought activa from you. When today I Spoke to the Owner Mr Bhatia and he gave me the strange answer that its very tough to get the RC now and now they will go for some other option and there will be some charges for that. Now why will i pay the charges, I have paid the Activa Amount in cash which was fully Paid and here i am suppose to get my Leagal RC from you only. This is a worst experience with Honda service centre. I given my activa for service and they accepted that they will return my activa in evening after proper service. When i was on the way to collect my activa at evening, one of the supervisors calls at 6:00 pm approx that there is so much work got in your activa to do, so you can collect it tommorrow morning. I said okay, but i am on the way, so i am coming to see the condition and to get estimate. When i reached there, I saw that mechanic got activa to do service at 6:15 pm. And there is no such engine work to do. And no proper washing has been done and my fuel is also stolen. And no body is there to listen these problems. Atleast these type of worst experience and fraud is not expected by a reputed and customer oriented service organisation i. E. "HONDA"or"GanpatiHonda, Gurgaon, Haryana". Your company is providing TVS tyres (tubeless) that i ve to chnage (both) within two years or even less. The situation came to thus that dey they are unable to hold the air if there are two person on the scooty. Please give me the solution that why you ve compromised with this worthless tyres when you re selling a vehicle of 50k. After asking some of your mechanics even they are not satisfied with the TVS, they prefer me for the MRF. Please provide some solution as soon as possible. I had bought my activa 3g scooter from Matrix Honda (Mangalore- Kodialbail branch) on 24th. After lot of delay I finally got my scooter delivered on 29th June 2016. However to my shock, the lock was not working properly and also one of the keys was bent. A lot of people from the service center tried it for about 1. 30 hours, but in vain. I am really shocked that a reputed manufacturer sells vehicles without quality check Also, the service center has not bothered to check the vehicle and kept adamantly telling me that it was a small issue and had happened due to rain waters They have promised me to get it rectified by today, i. E 30th Jun. My question to you is - Why should i accept something that is damaged even before it is delivered to me?

When we off the Scooter through Key, there is some voice in the scooter engine, and when we on the scooter though key, scooter has started without kick or self start button. On 8. 6. 16 show room was closed due to weekly off. On 9. 6. 16 mechanic at service centre has resolved the problem, but charged Rs. 206/- for the same. It is highly objectionable why we will pay the charge when it is a technical falt on the part of the company please See the matter.

Sir i purchased Honda Activa on 11 September 2014 from your dealer code KL 030002 frame no ME4JF5022FET167831 engine no JF50ET1165787 registered in ernakulam kerla KL 43 43G 269. Scooter was admitted with your service station EVM honda maradu kundanoor ernakulam. They checked and informed me that stating coil has damaged and need replacement. The matter was taken up by service centre with custommer care. And was denied repleacement on FOC basis. Such occrence of such defect in the short span of two years can not be linked with warrenty. Such defects can occure due to poor insulation or of some material failure of starting coil. UNdertaking such defects as guidelines for further improvement on the production of coil will certainly help OEM to improve design and develo pment and enhance custommer satisfaction. In view i request you to direct your service centre to undertake such repairs on free of cost basis.

I had purchased Honda Activa 3G from PICKUP HONDA - Faridabad Showroom on 25-Nov-2015. I had made CASH Payment and Recieved INVOICE and INSURANCE Papers from Showroom. They had told me that After one Month, You get RC (Registration Certificate) of your vehicle. Now Today is 02-May-2016, Still i had not received RC of my Vehicle. In between these five MOnths, I had visited 15-20 Times for collecting RC of my vehicle and Every time they had told same word " FILE IS IN COURT FOR REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE AND ITS UNDER PROCESS. Requesting you, Please look into these matter and solve these issue as soon as possible. Waiting for your quick and Positive response. Regards
I booked for the regular service of my Honda Activa TN45BF4228 on 28. 3. 2016. The service request was registered and I was asked to bring the vehicle on 29. 3. 2016 to the M. A. Honda Service Station, Trichy-1 for service. Accordingly I took my vehicle to the Service Station on 29. 3. 2016 @ 10. 00 AM. The token issued for my vehicle is 66. But the vehicle was not taken up for service on 29. 3. 2016. They told me to take delivery of the vehicle on 30. 3. 2016. Till now my vehicle was not delivered. Please see to the matter and take appropriate action.

I have booked a Activa I from a Honda autharoized showroom, Manasarovar Automobile, Velacheery, Chennai, by paying Rs. 1000 on 10/3/2015 vide Bill No 15307 and based on the assurance that the vechile is in trasit, I paid the full amount of Rs. 61340 vide Bill 15367, dated 12/3/2016, I they told me they contact me within two days, but to my surpise, they never contacted me, and when I contacted they give irresponsible reply, and still so far they couldn't tell me the exact delivery date. So kindly pursue this matter and let me make a early delivery to me.

Complaint – Misfiring, rpm drop, low mileage -30km/lt, not matching emission norms. After the 4th free service, there was drastic change in its performance and endless misfiring for every 100 mts. Need your immediate attention to replace the engine.

I have purchased Honda Activa on 24/03/2014, i will complete almost two years in this March 2016. I have missed my 1st free service and done rest of three free services. While self startup from activa, it is sounding badly and sometime it is not start up then i have to start though kick, I have shown this to authorized service center, but they told me that their is an issue with crankshaft part in engine. I have two Years Emission warranty card. Which I have show to authorized service center, but they said that your 1st service is not done, so we can not proceed in emission warranty. I had purchsed a Honda Activa 3G scooter from Shivam honda, bhubaneswar on Dec 12 2015. It has runned below 700 km in between. Yesterday, while I was returning from my office which is just one Km from my residence, just 50 am from my home, the rear tyre collapsed. I brought the scooter to my home. I saw a tear mark in the tyre of one inch length. I contacted the authorised dealer regarding this, but they didnot show any interest as if tyre is not coming into there look out. It is a TVS make tube less tyre. Therefore i request you to take appropriate action regarding the problem.
