There is regular complaint of Head Light not working, Everytime we are giving scooter we are charged hefty amount for repairiing HeadLamp citing different reasons. On dt. 26/11/16 we were told that Head Light Bulb and wiring has been repaired thus charged total 1069/-. Rs. On forceful followup (4-5 times) they told us that the start motor is faulty and needs to be replaced. They requested for a ten day window and it has already been almost a month since. I purchased Honda Activa HET in May 2013 at Nagarjuna Honda, Warangal, Telanagana State. From day one the vehicle had a problem with its belt it seems. While driving there is a friction and some sound under the seat giving us some uncomfortable feeling. When complained they said it will go in few days. Later months passed and years. On every visit to the service center I brought it to their notice, but was never cleared. Now they say that I have to change that belt. I fail to understand why they did not change it initially when I complained. Even the mileage is also not satisfactory compared to what they said while purchasing. E 30th Jun. My question to you is - Why should i accept something that is damaged even before it is delivered to me?

When we off the Scooter through Key, there is some voice in the scooter engine, and when we on the scooter though key, scooter has started without kick or self start button. On 8. 6. 16 show room was closed due to weekly off. On 9. 6. 16 mechanic at service centre has resolved the problem, but charged Rs. 206/- for the same. It is highly objectionable why we will pay the charge when it is a technical falt on the part of the company please See the matter.

Sir i purchased Honda Activa on 11 September 2014 from your dealer code KL 030002 frame no ME4JF5022FET167831 engine no JF50ET1165787 registered in ernakulam kerla KL 43 43G 269. Scooter was admitted with your service station EVM honda maradu kundanoor ernakulam. They checked and informed me that stating coil has damaged and need replacement. The matter was taken up by service centre with custommer care. And was denied repleacement on FOC basis. Such occrence of such defect in the short span of two years can not be linked with warrenty. Such defects can occure due to poor insulation or of some material failure of starting coil. UNdertaking such defects as guidelines for further improvement on the production of coil will certainly help OEM to improve design and develo pment and enhance custommer satisfaction. I have Honda Activa 2nd hand Model 2013, its speedometer was problem, then i shown to M/s Krishna Honda Bhawanigarh(sister concern of M/s Krishna Honda Sangrur, Punjab), dealer replaced my worm and worm wheel in front Tyre, after 2-3 days i observed that my vehicle showing very high speed almost 1. five times, then i visited again to dealer at 5. 30 PM, then dealer told to come another day, then i busy in work and again visited to dealer on 24. 1. 2016, then dealer replaced its spares and asked charges, i requested dealer that it is your fault not mine, then dealer misbehaved to me, also not handed over my vehicle to me, then i given him the charges, i requested for BILLING, he also refused for billing. This was not very big amount for me ie just rupees 100/-, but it was very big amount for to much big company ie Honda. And request them for service early, but they took two and half hours and after wards my problem was also not fixed. On turning left hand side the handle touches its chases. It is happening when your dealer replaced theCHIMTA of my vehicle. Is it possible that after fitting NEW CHIMTA, the handle is touching the chases of the activa. It reflects that the CHIMTA has not been replaced with new one, even after charging for the NEW CHIMTA. In the evening, they returned this to me. But it shocked me, when i tried to start, its can not start. This exercise continue. Recently on 31. 10. 14, I gave my activa for servicing, , due to noise created by friction. At Sharayu honda, Panvel. After checking they found that the bush need to be replaced. This item is not covered in extended warranty. When receiving it was found that the mudguards wete not properly cleaned, and also not lubricated. This was a paid service, and was not expected. When complained again, the vehicle was washed,, but not lubricated. Again I had to point out that it was not greased and lubricated. This time they got it greased, , but did not lubricate. Then why are they charging Rs. 276/-. When I asked for the replaced part, they said it was not found,, but again I had to insist and they got me the bush, problem still exists, I. E. There is a noise when the road is not plain. Totally I was charged Rs. 600/-. For nothing. Sharayu honda has made it a point, whenever people go for servicing, they are more interested in selling their products and not interested in servicing. PLEASE CLARIFY.
I have purchased one Honda Activa from Gugnani Honda Bhubaneswar, Odisha on date 06.07.2013. I have completed my all services at Tez honda Jaipur Road, Odisha. After 45 days from the date of purchase feel that the self-starting button is not working properly from the second service "27.10.2013" to till date "31.10.2014" the same problem is going on. Each and every servicing time "3 times" and 03 numbers complain service time regarding the self-starting problem is not yet rectified. Each and every service time they are charging the battery. Now they are telling RS 120 is required for a new battery. I asked in service in charge to rectify the issue permanently. Sorry to say that he was unable to diagnosis, what is the actual problem? I request you to please take hard and fast action to solve the issue to avoid bad reputation of your Honda Company and try to maintain good faith and confidence of customers, if my problem will not be solved till 15.11.2014. I shall take the help of consumer court.
I have purchased New Honda Activa on 14th of September 2014 from Regent Honda, Faridabad. While purchasing I was asked to purchase the accessories, but I have chosen to buy them from local market. However, while getting them fitted from local shop in front of me the mechanic has showed me (without touching) that the "cracked nut" was already stuck in the hole where side guard used to fit (near foot rest) and I am sure that no one has touched and tried to fit the guard bidding. It can harm the paint and can be taken out only through welding machine. When taken back to showroom and showed to same sales guy in Regent (Ayub Khan), he clearly denied the fact and was not ready to listen anything, but started blaming me. This was quite disappointing behavior from a customer point of view who has recently purchased the Activa and within one month guys are behaving like this. Such an irresponsible behavior of that guy and it is the reason of why I have to comment publicly for this kind of service.

The service centre at Bariatu, Ms. Cn Honda is providing worst service. Even after washing the vehicle, mud stains are visible further they never polish the vehicle after servicing.
I recently had an insurance claim, but the quality of work done was far beyond average my one months old activa 125 looks as if its years old, they do not even have their own painter, the painting work is outsourced to some local vendor whose quality and finishing is very bad.
Kindly look into the matter as it is a sheer cheat to the consumers.
I got my Honda Activa serviced at Sahil Honda Jabalpur(MP)on 13/10/2014 receipt number 6219 dated 14/10/2014. I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my vehicle. The front guard is dented and scratched badly at the service center. When i complained about the damage, first i was given excuse that it was already damaged, but when i told them why it could not be that way, i was told that you take claim from insurance. This is not acceptable and not expected from a authorised Honda service center. I request you to take necessary action to resolve the issue. Also,take strict action against the dealer to avoid bad reputation to your company and maintain faith and confidence of customers in authorised service center.
