Hi Team, I got a Fossil Fiber Collection Analog watch for men model number JR1354. I ordered the product from online retailer flipkart and i received the product on Sunday. I referred the user manual and adjusted the date and time settings. The chronographs actually stops after a certain period of time and i have to push the button A to start it again. Is it supposed to work like this?

I bought the watch one month back. When we bought it the shop owner told that the winder comes with a glitch that is. It has to be checked manually for the first time. Suddenly two days back I show that the winder was no more attached to the watch. It might have fallen some where. It will be kind if I watch can be repaired by adding the winder. What an extra ordinary experience with you i have purchased a Fossil watch worth Rs10000 by helious fun republic mall Gomti Nagar in March 2014 and from that day i am still running for repair and repair and repair that people always submit my watch for repair for 45 days, but its enough today i gave my watch to helious and tell them clearly that i am not gonna take back this watch again i just want to replace it from the new one otherwise am going to complaint on consumer forum this is for sure.

I have purchased the fossil ch2600 model watch before 40 days ago in month of September 2014, there was a lug problem from day one, but last time the pin of lug removed automatically from belt. Same problem is happened at both side. When i went to store from i purchased watch, they told me that it will take 25-30 days to make it proper from service center, but its too much time they are taking, then what is the use of branded watch. Otherwise provide me new watch in replacement or please suggest me what to to.

My fossil watch model number jr 1424 has stopped working and it's leather strap has starting to emit color. The watch was bought not more than 20 days ago. Therefore please change my watch as fossil is a world class brand and offers to give the best. It was purchased from a retailer (helios) in chandigarh.

I have purchased the fossil watch in the month of dec'13 from r-mall showroom. Day before yesterday on 27th may the one of the sting get removed from the watch belt so i got it fixed on the same day from the r-mall showroom. Yesterday again from the same place the sting get removed and watch got fall down, due to this the watch glass has been broken. I have complaint today with the shop manager and submiited watch at the showroom.
Within five months of the time the issue is happened so bit worry about the quality of the watch you make. If someone is buying so costly and branded value thing,so such isssue doesn't arrives. I need the replacement of the watch or do serviceing whatever is required, the glass change and new belt. I won't pay any single peny for this service charge.
Please let me know whether it can be done or i will take an appropriate action. I guess you can understand this issue.
