Dear Sir/ Madam, We are using Aquaguard Verve model for the past five years. Recently we had a problem with the UV holder which was changed when the technician finally came after three months with a new UV holder. I requested him to check the filter as well as the water flow pipe (transparent plastic) was getting brown from the inside and he said they are not authorized to do so. I told him this was replaced just three months ago by another Eureka Forbes technician and he insisted I call him and get it changed This is ridiculous as the water we are getting out of the filter is not purified and a health hazard, kindly ask someone to check the quality of water coming out of the purifier as soon as possible as it is a health hazard for us. I would like to report a poor customer service experience provided by any reputed company.
I lodged the service request 72206798 on Saturday using the toll free number Your agent promised that issue will be fixed on the same day.
I called yesterday to check the status and somebody promised a call back within an hour's time. It was a false promise as the first one.
Finally in the evening somebody called post 7PM and said that will visit. He didn't even bother to ask if we are comfortable for such late hour visit.
