I am sorry to say that i am totally cheated by your company. i received a used item of HCL me connect v3 tablet with no network supported, guarantee card is not filled up, many times i tried to contact customer care through phone or mail, there are no response, kindly refund my money or change the item immediately unless i have take action against it.
I have purchased one fire wire cable on 02 Feb 2015 my Paisapay ID is 3853360558. There is on eBay website showing delivery Date Friday six Feb 2015. But by date six Feb 2015 i have not received any of confirmation messages regarding shipment or delivery of material which must important for me. When today i called to eBay they said it will take approx ten days to deliver of any material, I think it is grate cheating to customer. Now you say, i should complaint on consumer forum or not ?

I have had worst shopping experience here. On 21st of November, i made payment for additional mobile battery (Auxus Nuclea x). I have not received battery till day. Moreover, I am unable to find seller's contact number and e mail for direct communication. I was shocked, when i noted that i have shown "item as received". I do not know how it happened. When i call Ebay toll free help line, it keeps me busy for hours without any fruitful result. I do not know whom i should contact.
